“There was no evidence of ANY updates to anything...the hallway and in room carpeting is torn, stained and dated coloring. The room had a terrible smell, the A/C unit was loud and clunky, walls paper thin and the locking mechanism for the door subpar. Surprisingly, the continental breakfast included was decent, not amazing but given everything else it was better than expected.”

“I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.”
