âFirst of all, Letâs get into how I did not know my room was going to be that big! I got the one King bedroom and I loved the floorspace and it had a huge tv! There a few architectural flaws like rust but thatâs all nothing big. I loved the service at the front desk, the lady at breakfast was really nice helping me even though we didnât get to make our own food and last but not least, the nightly price was amazing!!! I will definitely stay againâ
âUpon checking in, I told Sharone it was our 44th Anniversary and we come to The Omni after spending the day at the KY State Fair. This was our 6th year returning. Not long after we were in our room, we heard a knock on the door.
It was Sharone with a gift bag and two 4 gold balloons, denoting our anniversary! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bobâs Steak House at the Omni. Service was super and the dinner superb! â
âThe staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean throughout â from the lobby to the rooms. I also appreciated how quiet it was, both during the day and at night. It was a peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for rest. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

âWe had a great stay, on our way to visit family. Super comfortable bed and full service restaurant right in hotel. We had a wonderful dinner. Everyone was friendly and made us feel very welcome. â
âFront desk person was friendly and welcoming. He even told us where to park. We had an oversized vehicle. Rooms were clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was perfect. Great place to stay. â

âThe staff all went above and beyond for us. Ricky found us a room very early, since we were dropped off the Cruise ship at 8:30 AM. Shuttle drives were friendly, seemed to 'like their job".
One problem. The SQUEEZE SOAP,ETC. They are cute,etc, but not for us elderly with weak hands. It took both of us squeezing top and bottom together to get a little bit. Maybe have some bar soap to offer if the guest looks like they may be interested.
