It includes a hall, living room (with a double sofa bed of 140), 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed of 140 and 1 single bed of 90), a separate equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC - Closed loggia with large bay windows, used as a dining room, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the port. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room, and has double glazing in the bedroom. All rooms of the apartment benefit from a superb sea view. The apartment is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a combination oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a television. Shops (ready-to-wear boutiques, supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconists, casino games) are located at the foot of the building. Regarding parking, you have the option of obtaining a parking card from the Bandol parking authority. Subscriptions are taken on site, on the day of your arrival. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged a âŹ100 surcharge. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged a surcharge. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A âŹ5 surcharge per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
