We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay. We have a commitment from the owner of our housekeeping company that the house will be fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc. I have spoken with her to ensure all guests are provided with these items.

Thank you for your honest review. It helps us keep our home updated and keep the guest experience wonderful. There is a faucet key located downstairs to activate the faucet/ hose to wash off with. Unfortunately, a prior guest misplaced the welcome book with that information and it has just recently been recovered. I’m making extra copies of the book to ensure no guest is ever again deprived of the information it contains. The description of our home does say that only cable tv is provided. We do offer a wide selection of DVD’s for our guests. The secondary bedroom does have a smart tv. We continue to update our home with the priority being the structure, safety, and aesthetics for our guests. As finances allow we upgrade other items such as smart tv’s when guests let us know it’s something they would like. We are listening to you, and will accommodate your requests as soon as we are able. Thank you for your candid review. As I was going qon a rafting trip and unable to access my security system the morning of your check in I deactivated the alarm. We do have a local security company, but it does not have outside cameras. We will be switching to a Ring System shortly with added security cameras and alerts. I apologize for your less than welcome to our home.

Hi Scott, thank you for choosing to stay at the Tufted Puffin again. The larger secondary bedroom is a smart tv and allows access to Netflix, Amazon, etc. I have chosen to allot our finances this year to residing the home, rebuilding the front stairs, the back walkway and deck, and new outside lighting. The safety of our guests and the structural integrity of our home is of upmost importance, As finances allow, we will continue to upgrade every aspect of our home.
