Would have gotten full 5.0 score if it weren't for sloppy administration. We had pre-booked and pre-paid three rooms, but when I called the day before to arrange a pick-up at airport the hotel staff could not find the booking. That is kind of scary when you travel overseas with your family. During our 18 minute conversation on the phone, I gave our names, our passport numbers and our Expedia/hotels.com booking number at least five times, but the hotel staff maintained there was no booking. Later the same night, I sent an e-mail with our formal confirmation from Expedia and suddenly they "found" our booking.
