The coffee choices were very good. The breakfast buffet was ok but crowded with so many kids running and babies standing on tables. It felt like a zoo. I wanted to extend my stay by one more night but I didn’t get any real help from manager.

The service was quite erratic. We were a group of 4 adults. 1 room was missing a TV control, the bathroom light in another room was faulty. But overall rooms were big and clean

ホテル自体は新しいと聞いていましたが、シャワールームの掃除が行き届いてないように感じました。従業員の方はとても感じがよかったです。

Very Comfort Hotel
The hotel location is very near eating place also nearby had 2 conveniance store. Room is very large with king size bed and a sofa bed... if you dont mind sleep at floor, the room actually can stay up to 5 adult. What impress if you stay at high floor, the view outside is amazing, look at the price and the room size and facility, is really worth to stay, sure will return if next time visit...

2016 Year End Holiday
Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.

Good stay at Harris Hotel, the room is spacious, they hve bolster. This hotels is near with several famous restaurant in the neighbourhood.

Kept hearing bang sound day and night. Wifi is no good. Room near the lift kept hearing sound. No good night sleep. TV not in good working condition, have to keep adjusting the cable. The staff did not refill the coffee pack after we finish drinking as we stay for four nights.

Short getaway stay.
We love the spacious room and the location of hotel. There was a little bit of imperfection, toilet bathing area release kind of bad smell when you turn on the tap for the 1st time. Thus hotel shud look into this.

A pleasant stay
The room is very big. Comes with a sofa bed, which is a big plus. Big 42" TV, overall it was a good stay. Will definitely stay again.

My family of four booked 2 beautiful and spacious rooms in Harris Ciumbleuit and stayed 4 nights after enjoying our stay in Seminyak, Bali last year. Everything was ok but for both stays I found it strange they only provide 1 pair of slippers and 1 toothbrush in a double room despite the fact that they knew a couple will be occupying the room.

Spacious room, big hotel, amazing view
I stayed at Harris Hotel this June and the hotel was very good. Good location you can go to cihampelas, setiabudi, punclut, dago with very easy way to reach. The room so spacious, you wouldn't be dissapointed.
