Enjoy life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. Very spacious, with a beautiful view over half of Bangkok from the 46th floor. You have plenty of connections here. The BTS Saphan Taksin and the river railway station are nearby. Also the Robinson Mall, 7/11 and endless market stalls, food stalls. Also many Michelin-starred restaurants. You have a nice living room with Netflix and a large TV, this also applies to the bedroom. Both rooms are double partitioned.




The space
Following the earthquake on 28 March 2025, we can now report that the building and our flat are in good health.
The tower block is over 20 years old and was built to be solid, robust and stable.

You live in the very nice area of Sonathon. Nearby is the BTS Saphan Taksin and the river station. Also the Robinsom Mall, 7/11 and endless market stalls, food stalls. Also many Michelin-starred restaurants.
You have a nice living room with Netflix Tv, with a couch on which someone could sleep, and also in the bedroom a Tv with Netflix, as well as a small workplace.
A large balcony is available, but it may be shared with the neighbouring flat, but the flat is not rented out, so you have it alone, but be sure to ask before booking!!!
Otherwise everything you need is there, ironing board with iron, kettle, coffee maker, smoothie maker, toaster.....


Guest access
You have the entire flat to yourselves and a large shared balcony.
With a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes horse, and much more, as well as a couch on which someone could also sleep. Two TVs with Netflix, a bathroom.

And a chauffeur if you want. Free of charge for stays of one week or more, otherwise 800 Bath pick-up from the airport, usually in an SUV. Access to the flat via combination lock.
Other things to note
