Located in the heart of the city, Sukhumvit Soi 15, the 130 sqm Harmony Living Condominium features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, new air conditioning, comfortable mattresses, strong Wi-Fi, a professional gym, and a rooftop pool with a sauna. The fully equipped kitchen with a stove, hood, refrigerator, and washer/dryer ensures convenience, making it an ideal choice for families or travelers.

1. Location/Location/Location: It is located in the very, very, very prime prime prime area of Bangkok downtown in the main tourist area (towards the end of Sukhumvit Soi 15, walking distance to Sukhumvit Soi 11, which is the busiest entertainment area with 7-11/Tops supermarket/nice restaurants/bars/lounges/disco/massage shop (Health Land)/Level Top Restaurant/Bobo Club/Food Land at Nana BTS Station, Arab street, and many other shops). You can even walk to Bumrungrad Hospital at Soi Nana/Nana area. The Korea Town is also located opposite our main road Sukhumvit Soi 12/opposite to our Soi 15, easy to walk there, just across the road.

1.1. With its location, it is easy to travel to and from all tourist destinations/shopping malls (we do have a free shuttle to drop you at Terminal 21 Shopping Mall/BTS/MRT Asok Station and mid-lane of Sukhumvit Soi 11 for Street Foods Market/top-rated restaurants/bars). We are only 100 meters walk to Khlong Saen Saep Canal with public boat to reach Siam Square/Siam Paragon/Pratunam Mall within 5 minutes travel time and even to reach the Grand Palace with only 20 minutes travel time.

Remember the walking distance of our apartment to all locations:

1.700 meters to main road of Sukhumvit Soi 15
2.900 meters to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall-Asok BTS/Skytrain station (free golf cart shuttle to this location with limited working hours)
3.700 meters to Street Foods Market of Sukhumvit Soi 11 (free golf cart shuttle to this location with limited working hours)
4.900 meters to Nana BTS/Skytrain station
5.500 meters walk to MRT/Airport Rail Link Makkasan Station (train to/from the Suvarnabhumi airport) towards the back lane of Khlong Saen Saep Canal
6.100 meters walk to a long-tail boat pier to go to Pratunam Market/Siam Square Center/Grand Palace and Chao Phraya River

1.2. This residential area is very, very, very quiet (good for families with children/quiet couples/people who love to work online with conference calls), as it is located inside the lane 700 meters away from Sukhumvit main road (staying near the main road is too loud due to the noise of motorcycles/vehicles and BTS Skytrain, which operate most of the day). So our location is suitable for people who look for a quiet location with free shuttle to go to the main road or even easy to walk to MRT/Airport Rail Link (ARL at Makkasan Station). However, since it is located near NIST International School, there will be traffic jam during school off time (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM), so please plan to travel during this time. After such time, there is no traffic jam in this lane at all, especially Sat-Sun and holidays.

1.3. We do provide Free Shuttle (Working hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, except Sunday) to drop you from the building to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall (route 1) and to mid-lane of Sukhumvit Soi 11 (route 2). We only provide drop-off only; we don't do pick-up service from both routes 1 and 2 (you can come back by motorbike THB 10 each/tuk tuk/taxi for THB 40 from main Sukhumvit Soi 15). However, if you see our golf cart by chance, you can definitely come back by the golf cart.

2. We are neither a new building nor a new apartment unit, but we are a very well-maintained property with a team of service-minded staff. The apartment is one of the very large renovated/well-maintained 2-bedroom units with a total usable area of 130 sqm available in Bangkok downtown, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. We have 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed in each bedroom, with 2 extra beds available (1 extra bed in each bedroom, fee applied). These 2 bedrooms are ensuite (bathrooms attached to bedrooms with shower rooms in both bathrooms plus 1 bathtub in master bedroom), plus 1 guest toilet room, so there are 2.5 bathrooms in the apartment. There is also one maid room with bathroom (shower room) available attached to the back of the kitchen, which we have turned into a washroom with private washer and dryer (maid room is for your family use; if you ever bring your maid or nanny to take care of your children, please inform the host so we can prepare a bed for her).

3. There are heated rooftop swimming pool, professional gym (brand new) with hot sauna (men and women have separate sauna room in the bathroom at the gym) on 8th floor. Gym of this building is top quality; we have invested USD 50,000 for these new gym equipment; you must try it. We also have a co-working meeting room with separate private Wi-Fi in this meeting room to support your group meeting or business conference (if needed), and it is located in the big gym room with private free Wi-Fi at speed of 300/300 Mbps.

4. Located near Sirikit Park, where you can go jogging/walking/biking. It is one of the biggest public parks in Bangkok for you and your family to enjoy exercise/jogging/walking. Get free shuttle to drop you to the main road at Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and walk about 10 minutes to reach the park.

5. We have provided Free Fiber Optic internet to allow you to work from our apartment and in the whole building (even at swimming pool/gym) and make use of our meeting room.

6.We do provide Free Parking on the ground floor. We have snacks/drinks vending machine located on the ground floor too.

7. We are very near to Sukhumvit Soi 11, which has well-known entertainment centers with a variety of restaurants/bars/massage shops and convenience stores (2 stores of 7-11 and Family Mart). Search for the Loft Hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 11 for directions online.

8. Electricity and water are inclusive, so no hassle of how much electricity/water consumption.

9. Free unlimited drinking water in the form of 18-liter water bottles; you can ask for unlimited replacement once the initial bottle is fully consumed and returned empty to exchange with a new bottle at our office on the ground floor.

10. Easy to contact the host for any help/issue or any unhappiness; the host and his team members (more than 5 members to support you) will find the best solution for you. Writing a review without letting the host solve your problem during your stay does not benefit either of us.

What is not available or provided in this apartment (do not expect for this booking):

1. No daily cleaning provided; however, you can contact the host to coordinate with a cleaner (reasonable cleaning fee of THB 1,000 inclusive of change of linens/towels; we use a good hotel laundry service, which costs more than THB 500 for laundry of linens/towels). Please make use of our washer/dryer available in all our apartments if you wish to get fresh towels every day (detergent packages are provided in the apartment).

2. No breakfast provided, but it is very easy to buy from the supermarket and prepare your own breakfast (our kitchen has full facility for cooking).

Extra bed or sofa bed can be arranged for 5th/6th person in each bedroom with extra fee. If you need extra bed or sofa bed arrangement, please contact the host; you will probably have to increase the number of guests to reflect the extra bed fee.

Summary:

It is not a new building or a new apartment, but it is a very well-maintained and clean apartment for you to enjoy your stay. The location is very convenient to travel by BTS/MRT (Asok/Nana Stations, 900 meters) and Phetchaburi MRT station (500 meters), long-tail boat station (100 meters). We provide a free shuttle to drop you off at the main road at Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, which has both BTS/MRT stations (Asok Station in Sukhumvit Soi 19/21) located.

I do have my family members/staff to assist you and your family during your stay, so you can contact them at the office or contact our security guard for any night issues. The host and his team are always available; treat us as your family members in Thailand; we can help you and your family with every issue.

Please do not throw tissue paper or any other objects in toilet bowls and do not smoke in the apartment; please do smoke on the 8th floor near the swimming pool or at the car parking area. Smoking in the apartment will cause bad odors in the apartment and a penalty of THB 10,000 will be levied to your account. Many travelers travel with children and they cannot bear the smoking odors (please help try to keep our building smoke-free, good for your health to stop during your vacation, if you can).
