Spent 5 nights here in October 2025.
Nice check-in. Got a room that had both a pool- and a river view.
There were no balcony furniture on my balcony.
The bed was worn down and the 4 pillows were flat..
Worst of all, however, were the yellow ants in the room. Lots of them on all the benches and around the coffee machine. Really disgusting.
My balcony door fell of the last day. The building needs a real update!
The pool area was large with sunbeds that had thick mattresses. This became a problem as it rained. All the mattresses were constantly wet.
No showers at the pool. All the sweaty people washed themselves in the pool water. There were also only a few toilets and a bit far off. Unfresh.
All the hallways in the hotel were very slippery and both me and others were seen falling over and slipping at regular intervals. Shocking!
The breakfast was huge but also messy and lots of people and many families with children.Nice location right on the river, but it was impossible to sit close to the water due to the lack of fans and umbrellas.
Restaurant prices were way to high. Pad Thai 520 baht.
The rooms are a hit or miss. Many rooms face a parking lot or look straight into a bush. The rooms by the river have the best view, but the high noise level from all the boats kept on going all night.
At check out the approach was less nice. No one asked how my stay had been. No welcoming back either. Sad ending.
I have no desire to return. Very low value for money.
