Blev uppgraderad efter ett missförstånd av dem. Dem visade tecken på god service. Dock såg det bättre ut på bilderna än i verkligheten.

Nice hotell with nice rooms and good breakfast
Nice and pretty new hotel. The fitness room and pool is in an open area. 10 minutes walk to bts. 5 minutes to seven eleven. + The room was big and spacious, good view. + good breakfast + good parking + not to crowded area - Bus loads with chinese tourists on tour. Very noisy, and the door looking was impossible to close smothly. Guess the consequenses... In overall good experience. Would stay again.

Overall this hotel is good, easy to get around, near Bts Bang Na, very nice staff, but the last 2 days I experienced that the hot water was not hot when showering. The hotel picture showed that there would be a microwave but there was not in my room

The hotel is within 15-minutes walking distance from BITEC. The room has no noise-proof installations, so all the noises from the highway and from the hotel halls came into the room, making it impossible to properly rest at night. Moreover, there were some areaa of the room and its bathroom that were not properly cleaned.

Nice place
I liked this place, but the placement of aircondition directly towards the bed was not optimal. In the end I ended up turning it off, instead of having the aircon blow directly in my face as I started get a sore throat.

住進去三天, 在3F遇到了12隻蟑螂 第四天才班到四樓, 環境衛生真的很糟糕 下次絕對不會在入住

隔音不好
唯一的優點就是離展覽館近, 飯店有接送的shuttle bus 到展館. 附近沒有什麼餐廳可以吃飯, 最近的有一間距離3.5公里遠的百貨公司 central plaza. 早餐很普通 每天幾乎都是一樣的 沒有太多的變化. hotel人員的英文普通. Door man 很親切. Wifi不是很好. 隔音也不太好.

They are well located near BITEC and provide suttle service. The room was well organized and clean . Breakfast was pretty good with western style dishes and Thai foods. If you want to hang out , this won't be a good choice.

mostly satisfied. nice and kind staff and well located in near BITEC. They provide suttle servie to the exhibition hall.

房間很大，但衛生很差，衣櫃上層布滿灰塵，房間內還有小蟑螂，清潔亦做不足，弄死了的小蟑螂隔天還在地上，即是房間地板沒有打掃。床單有破洞，房間內並無提供牙刷拖鞋，到前台要求後答應送來結果都沒有送，要再次到櫃臺要求，反而被告知我沒有提出要求。附近沒有甚麼好景點，但非常接近BTS站及曼谷展覽中心，參觀展覽非常方便。酒店附屬餐廳晚上9點便關門，夜遊想回酒店吃飯便有困難。

It's okay but Chinese are super noisy sometimes. The air conditioning is a bit loud. But the room is okay. Quite convenience because it closes to the 7-11.

Unpleasant
Our stay at Brighton hotel was far from being enjoyable. The hotel charged an exaggerated cost for a shuttle from the airport and to the airport (which was lowered after some negotiation, causing an unpleasant and shady feeling in itself). The made a mistake and called the suttle at 4 am instead of 4 pm as requested and woke us up at 4 am beacause of that. The staff was rude and unhelpful and made us feel mocked and laughed at. The shower in the room overflowed and created a swamp in the room. The hotel was realy in the middle if nowhere and the closest mall was 40 minutes away and due to our experience with the pricing, we didn’t want to take a taxi from the hotel. The room itself was fine.

a great choice
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Bang Na station, so access into the centre is easy. Access to and from the airport is also easy. The breakfast is excellent with a great range of foods. However, the best part is the friendly and very helpful staff.

Ok for the price
The location is close to the bkk airport and the paid shuttle service is very helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is not much to do in the area in terms of activities and the trains station is pretty far; plan on taking a cab. The room was nice but the bathroom could use a refreshing.

It’s considered close to bitec where you can just walk via skywalk to get their. However there is always a lot of cars and dust. It’s close to quite a few convenience store across the road. The aircon worked perfect in the hot humid weather. The room is quite spacious, floors seemed clean. However facilities are quite old and does not look as the photos provided. Well not my room anyways. They only offer half a roll of toilet paper and no spare ones.

Average. Bad internet connection
Good location near bitec expo center. Value for money but it could be a 2 star hotel. Poor breakfast chinese style. Bad internet connection. Gym and swimming pool poor.
