Vi hade betalt hotellvistelsen redan innan vi kom, väl på plats ville dom ha betalt en gång till. Förklarade att vi redan hade betalt.. Och fick förklara 3 gånger innan dom ville tro på oss. Även när jag visade bokningsbekräftelsen. Annars ok hotell, ligger en bit ifrån alla shoppingcenter. Dock lite svårt att få en taxi som ville ha taxameter till shoppingcenterna.

Jag och min flickvän stannade där i tre nätter innan vi åkte vidare till Samui, när vi kom dit så var det problem med betalning, dem försökte få oss att betala igen en liten summa, typ hälften av vad vi betalade, försökte berätta att vi redan betalat, vi kom tillbaka en timme senare och då sa dem att vi skulle betala hela summan och lite mer ändå, jag sade att jag hade betalat genom Hotels.com. Efter att dem talat lite med varandra så lämnade dem det helt och allt var okej. Annars var rummet helt okey, kallt vatten att dricka, ac'n kylde ner rummet snabbt efter att man varit ute och gått i värmen. Sista natten gick elen när vi plugga in mobilerna för att ladda, den var av på morgonen med så vi fick packa med mobil lamporna.

The only thing I like is their traditional Furnitures and decoration around the lobby area. My disappointments are: 1) Ants everywhere, crowing in my suitcase, my computer, bed etc.... 2) Staffs are not friendly, no help or service from staff, no communication or guide.

Unfriendly staff, dark room
I checked out of this hotel two nights early, even though they were non-refundable, because I was so unhappy with the experience. My room had no windows, making it feel dark and cramped. The hotel location was far away from any public transport, which isn't the hotel's fault, but it meant that I spent a lot of time and money travelling to and from the hotel. This reduced the amount of time I could spend exploring Bangkok. When I arrived they couldn't find the booking, and I ended up having to wait 20 minutes while they were looking. Most staff spoke no English and were unfriendly. My hair is dyed blue, and the first thing I was told on arrival was "if your hair stains the sheets, you will pay for it." The "list of breakage costs" prominently displayed in the room just added to this feeling of mistrust. If you want a nice hotel experience, I cannot recommend this one. For a hostel it may be fine, but hotels.com claims this is a 3-star hotel and it certainly did not feel like one.

Great Hotel in a budget price
Great Teak wood &Elephant decoration Style, Big Room with hair dryer,also kettle,very convenient 7-11behind the building. Hawker food all around make it easy going,Highly recommend Chang Siam is one of the Great Hotel in this area,if you want to shop at Central World,Siam Center. Staying here will.get you a good trip.

コスパ考えれば十分満足
エアポートリンクを使ってみたいと思いこの場所を選択。駅までは徒歩で10分程度。アクセスは悪くない。初めて泊まるエリアだったが、周辺にはローカルフードがたくさんありとても満足。建物も歴史を感じさせるがきれいにされています。朝食にパンとコーヒーが無料で付いており、ちょっと嬉しい。エアポートリンク使用の方は良いと思います。再訪の可能性あり。

Good Clean Hotel in unique area
I stayed here for the mere convenience of being near the tram station, a very short walk. The area was surprisingly lively at night without the the dirty Downtown Bangkok feel. There was street food, massage parlors, and shops. Just about four venders down the street was Kings Fashion House, which will tailor you a suit in 24 hours. The suits are reasonably priced; not cheap; but less than what the you pay for the one size fits all in USA. The hotel was quite, clean and convenience. There was not any thrills; but there were not any disappointing surprises. It was a very good hotel for the price. One warning: the taxi drivers in that area (like it is different anywhere else - haha) are crooks and scammers not just on the cost of the ride, but where they take your money with the local scams. Use the tram or a meter taxi - if the meter does not work (get a taxi that is legit).

El hotel está muy bien comunicado con el aeropuerto pero "lejos" del centro, aunque los centros comerciales están relativamente cerca. Siempre hay tuktuks y taxis por la zona. El desayuno es café, zumo y tostadas. Hay un 7/11 a un minuto.

Personalet er venlig og hjælper med din kuffert op til værelset. Aircon i værelset virker men dog ingen ude på gangen. Området har gode priser på mad, hvilket du hurtigt lægger mærke til når du kommer ind til Bangkok bymidte. Vi havde ikke bestilt værelse med vindue som hellere ik betød noget for os da vi aldrig var på hotellet om dagen.

Disappointed!!!
After four visits, staying for over 60 nights. Wrote good reviews about them, boosting their occupancy to mostly full. Not only did they raised their prices by 25%, the service was poor. During my 5th visit for 15 nights stay last month, the aircon was not cold at all and dripping like waterfall. They only changed room for me after sweating for 2 nights and continued to suffer in the other for another 2 nights due to same problems before changing room again! I suppose problems due to lack of maintenance and profit driven business mindset. Really disappointed and will stay in a different hotel for future visits.
