Very pleasant stay!
Very nice hotel! Staff was excellent, pool area nice and cosy. The suite was spacious and well furnished. The breakfast was splendid. Both room service and dining in the restaurant was great. Will definately stay here next time in Bangkok.

Grymt läge, bra pris, sämre frukostservice.
Hotellet hade ett bra läge i en gata längre in än huvudgatan där alla stora lyxhotellen finns. Enda negativa var bägge dagars problem vid frukosten. Fastän det var extremt många som jobbade vid frukosten lyckades de ge oss fel frukost beställning bägge dagarna, samt att man fick påminna de flertalet gånger att ta in beställningen.

Fint lägenhets hotell att se påå med bra läge. Men inget mer. Måste dock nämna att sängarna var i sämre skick jämfört med andra hotell i samma prisklass. Kuddarna var väldigt dåligt. Väljer helt klart ett annat hotell i samma prisklass.

Lovely 7 nights with the family
All 4 of us loved this hotel! But since most people seem to do so I will only comment on the two things that people seem to appreciate less: 1. The pool is cold the first couple of seconds, then it feels really nice! We do live in Sweden however, all things are relative. But we really liked the pool and the kids had a lot of fun with all the toys that are available. 2. The breakfast. No, it's not a buffet but you could never get Eggs Benedict like that at a buffet! And most certainly not a wonderful real café quality cappuccino like the one you get here. I'm writing this at the breakfast table at our next hotel (classic buffet) and I really miss the Eggs Benedict...!

Walking distance around 10mins to Erawan shrine/ Central world that area. Few mins walk to BTS. Nice , spacious with balcony . It’s cozy place to stay. All Staff there are all very friendly and welcoming. Their cafe with 1 named Witt , helpful and friendly with good service . But there’s no hot water for shower and to save the hassle , we did not request to change the room. Lobby was not cooling enough, especially when we were back from outside ,we will feel as if we are going to melt . Especially when we reach our level 4 , it’s HOT , really Hot. Pillow is way too soft , neck aches when we woke up. Bed nice , comfy. It will be nice to have sachets for coffee too rather than only capsules . Food choices are kind of limited. Breakfast are limited too, can skip . Would suggest to have your food at other place. Nevertheless it’s a good place to stay . Recommended if you don’t mind the above mentioned.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dusit Suites Hotel. The staff is very friendly and our room was cleaned every single day. Basically the complete Hotel was clean at all but you can see its age in particular areas. Overall we were very happy to stay at Dusit Suites. The Hotel is located on a side road therefore not much traffic noises outside. Shopping centers are easy to reach by walk (Silom Edge, Central World, Big C, MBK and so on), next 7/11 is more or less 10 minutes distance away by walk.

房間很寬躺,也有很多放衣物地方,供應給客人的物品也充足,令人驚喜的是小廚房內竟然連多士爐也提供,真是十分貼心。露台足夠大,可以悠閒地坐下喝杯咖啡。但是不知什麼原因,房外的走廊只塗上白漆,毫無裝飾,如宿舍一樣;與這間頗高級的酒店格格不入。不知是否正在裝修之中呢? 可惜我們的房間坐厠有漏水,令地磚罅隙長期注水,有點不大衞生的感覺。床舖也有丁點的污跡。除此之外,整體整潔程度可以。

Looking forward to refurbishment of hotel rooms
The location of the hotel was excellent, being only minutes away from the BTS, which made commuting to various tourist attractions easy. Every staff member exhibited exemplary customer service. However, we were aware of the dated condition and fittings of each room from previous feedback from other travellers. We booked two rooms, and both were awaiting refurbishment. We hope the management will implement the necessary updates soon.
