Nice hotel
Problem with the aircondition & then we got a new room and same problem there. The WiFi didnt work either. The service was good but the service engineer didnt understand english. The distance to shopping was great, i just think because of low season the air condition has been turned of for to long. My overall review goes down because they should test this before we check-in & make the room ready.

Prisvärt hotell
Bra prisvärt hotell mitt i Pratunam, har varit där tidigare och kommer att bo där igen. Enkel frukost ingick med rostbröd, stekt ägg, korv, 2 sorters thai-mat, frukt och kaffe/te. Promenadavstånd till skytrain.

Great value for the area of Bangkok. It’s not the fanciest property around, but definitely clean and comfortable. For the price I thought it was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. If your the type that leaves your hotel in the morning and don’t return until it’s time for bed this is the place for you.

The hotel room blacked out few times during the stay. The air-conditioning is not really working, even we had switched on and off few times at the lowest temperature.

Hotel was at the corner of nowhere so is almost impossible to grab or cab to the place. Easiest way is to alight at Baiyoke Sky Hotel and walk in. But there are lots of food and shopping around so is very convenient. But staff are not very friendly, no smile or anything. One day when we went back to our room after a long day, the room was filled with cigarettes smoke smell. All our clothes and stuff are stained with the smell. It was super unbearable. We went to request for a room change, but the staff looks super pissed and mumbled in Thai saying that we are troublesome. Originally, he only offered to spray some air freshener for us, but we insist on a room change. Not coming back for the next time...

pros: hotel was clean, food was fair, great location. cons: the queen room we booked was unavailable when we checked in. we were given a twin room. next morning we went out at 9 am came back to hotel at 12pm and still our room was unavailable. so they gave us an option to stay at windowless queen room. hotel needs to train their reception staff to engage with customers in a polite manner. all other staff including room service doormen were fantastic and polite.

i booked 3 rooms, 2 of the connecting rooms were ok. Unfortunately another room gave me a very very bad experience. Through out the whole 4 nights, l being changing the room due to the Air Cond problem. I m tired of it.

Hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. They ignore guests and pretend to be busy when you want yo ask something. Rooms are small and not very clean. I am very disappointed with this hotel. No toiletries in the toilet not even toilet paper (tissue). No choices of food for breakfast. Everyday there was rice, stew, and half cooked eggs and toast. Ended up eating out every morning. Hotel location is great. Between markets and walking distance to many malls in the area.

Hay mejores lugares por precios similares.
El hotel solo ofrece internet en el Lobby, lo cual resulta muy impráctico hoy en dia, me pidieron depósito de 25 USD el cual pedí que me tomaran en cuenta para el taxi del aeropuerto y se negaron a apoyarme, se molestaron por pedirles un control remoto nuevo, muy difícil de encontrar el hotel, y pésimo servicio al cliente. The hotel only offers WiFi in the lobby area, which is very impractical now a days, they asked for a 25 USD deposit, and didn't allow me to use it for the taxi to the airport, they said I had pay ahead for them to order the taxi, they were not happy when I asked for a replacement of the TV remote, no variety in the breakfast, and very difficult to find the hotel. The good thing its very clean and according to pictures, but for the price you can get a different place.

Great location right where I wanted at pratunam
Convenient to most of the place I wanted to go, but my cab wasn’t able to drive in to pick me and my family because it’s located in a small walking alley. Still one of the hotel I would like to stay again.

Hotel is so so only. Breakfast has not much choices, sunny side egg, pork/chicken sausage for everyday. But the location is good, pratunam market, platinum mall, central world just few minute walking distance. Is convenient for shopaholic.

1.) 壞冷氣，冇窗 2.) 有螞蟻周圍爬 3.) 廁所花灑殘舊 4.) 位置難找，google都攪唔掂 從未住過咁差既飯店！呢間真係極及差！唯一可取是職員有善，但完全彌補不到飯店既差極之處！ 永不再會入住！！！！ :((

Prepare to wait for your additional request
Requested for a roller bed upon making the booking online. However, came to the hotel to realised that the room is not ready and they need time to add the roller bed in. We waited for 30 mins in the lobby instead of the 10 mins assured by the hotel staff.
