VARNING FÖR DETTA HOTELL
Rummen inte alls som på bilden. Små och slitna. Frukostbuffén fanns ingen ost och inga pålägg förutom lite marmelad. När man checkar in skall det deponeras 1000 bath per natt. Jag bodde 3 nätter och deponeras 3000 bath. Kvinnan i receptionen sade att det var bäst att betala kontant för det kan ta upp till en månad innan du får tillbaks dina pengar om du betalar med kort. När jag skulle checka ut betalade de tillbaks 1000 bath. När jag påpekade att jag deponerat 3000 bath blev kvinnan otålig och otrevlig. Efter 30 minuters dispyt gav jag upp då jag hade flygtid att .passa. Jag fick alltså 1000 tillbaks och blev lurad på 2000

We remind you to take this out because it was not true, you have all receipt upon check in you would be asked for a deposit only 1000 Baht. Har säkert vart ett väldigt bra Hotel tidigare. Men det är nära till ett bra nattliv om man så önskar. Trevlig personal som sagt men priset går att diskutera men det är Bangkok å de är fanatiska restauranger i närheten.

Lite av ett lotteri
Hade problem med anvisat rum. Dels fuktigt under poolen, kanske därför? Sen låg rum mot gatan som var stökig. Vet inte om de medvetet gav ett annat rum till mig, standard?.Mina kompisar hade bokat samma typ av rum och hade andra betydligt bättre rum. Jag påtalade problem, och blev proffsigt bemött. Och fick byta rum utan några problem. Kändes som de visste om problemet med rum jag först blivit tilldelad. GP är ett bra alternativ, men känns som ett lotteri var man hamnar. GP består av tre sk Towers. Tower 1 är gammalt och ganska slitet, med undantag. Tower 2 och 3 generellt bättre standard. Tacksamt vid bokning att man kan särskilja dels hus, och även klass på rummet. Det skulle iallafall jag kräva vid en ny bokning. För skillnaden är påtaglig mellan husen ( Towers)

Air-con fungerade inte att ställa in, var iskallt om den var på, sa till 3 ggr, men inget hände. Frukost katastrof för en västerlänning, säkert bra för alla Indier.

The rooms had roaches. There was a roach in the refrigerator when we got into the room, then we saw one ran from under the bed I woke in the middle of the night and there were roaches running on the toilet seat and they were in the bath. When I contacted the front desk all they said they could do is use bug spray. I asked about a refund even for one night they said no madam not at this time. I would not recommend this hotel. The whole hotel needs to be fumigated.

The room was infested with roaches, the first one I saw was in refrigerator then we saw some running from under the bed. I woke to use the bathroom there was a roach running around on the toilet seat in the shower. I reported this 2 times the only thing they offered to do was to spray the room with bug spray. I have bad allergies and I could not be locked in a room with bug spray. I had family staying in another room and they said the towels smell like bug spray. I would not recommend this hotel not even for my dogs

The area was ok, if your into clubbing and bars this is the area to be. A lot of night life. The room we got was the Grand Superior twin room. There is nothing grand or superior. The room had no window! We also had to kill a cockroach as soon as we walked into the room. No body soap. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was very nice. However one significant issue was bug infestation (cockroaches) in my room. I reported it and staff sprayed my room. This did not solve the problem. This was completely unacceptable. I would never re-book this hotel.
