Vi bodde en natt och bad om late check out. Betalade mycket för det. De städade rummet trots att vi skulle pka senare på kvällen och det kändes fräscht, men lite onödigt. Ett rum i närheten renoverades sp det luktade lim. Men allt var helt ok.

Trevligt lyxhotell med allt vad det innebär. Stor tjusig lobby med trevlig restaurant/bistro i internationell stil. Fint rymligt rum med skön säng. Fin utsikt från poolen på 26 våningen.

Väldsigt trevligt och bra hotell
Väldigt fint hotell som ligger bra till. Och prisvärt. Gymmet var väldigt bra. Poolen lite liten och fick inte mycket sol under dagen, men så är det ju på nästan alla hotell i en storstad som denna.

Stunning hotel, amazing staff but expensive drinks
Fantastic hotel and staff. I highly recommend this hotel. However it should be mentioned that they charge 260 baht/beer in the bar and minibar and prices in the restaurant are a bit high and doesn't include service/vat. But you can easily have your food and drinks elsewhere if this is a concern.

Biz Trip
Overall hotel is comfortable. Location is good just 2-3min to Emporium mall and train station. The only thing engaged a hotel car service for 3 hours and cost Baht 5000. I guess next time will be GRAB. Hotel these service I know they like to charge a premium but this is way too premium. Ground floor restaurant food is reasonable and nice ambiance. However the Mediterranean restaurant (Skalini) at L2 has nice ambience but food is only average.

Good hotel. Staff needs improvement.
Overall the hotel is very good however there’s are some points that definitely have to improve: - pillows are horrible. - we made a reservation for 3 people and when we arrived the reception had inform us that even though we pay for 3 people, as one is a kid that would be no extra bed but my son would need to sleep with us in the room. - reception politeness. When the situation occurred the manager on duty was quite rude telling us the setup. Quite unusual in Thailand and this attitude would not even be ok in Europe.
