Jättebra
Det var jättebra överlag, trevlig och hjälpsam personal rent och fin och läget var bra. Rummet var lite konstigt med en loftsäng som var lite jobbig att komma upp i och lite varning på att ramla ner för när man tar sig ur sängen. Ingen toadörr!! Vilket är ok om man reser ensam men inte två.

Clean, quirky and friendly
Quirky and a little kitch in the best way. Easy walking distance to the ferry to get further into the city while being a little bit quieter for a good nights sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also in case you were wondering the round bed is very comfortable 😁

Good funky hotel but very poor hospitality
Hotel with interesting design, but lack hospitality and customer services. No greeting upon checking in. No offer to help with luggage. Through out my 2-day stay, every time I walked past the reception there was no "hello", no "good morning", etc. When checking out, no farewell, no thank you, and again no offer to call a taxi, no offer to help with luggage. Hospitality and customer services simply did not exist.

This is a good place to stay at in Bangkok. The rooms are nicely designed and there's a laundry area upstairs - the set of airline seats that have been placed here for guests amused me. The staff are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help me make an international call. The cafe at the front does a brilliant breakfast and at a discount for hotel guests. Close to the Saphan Taksin BTS station, I'd recommend it.

absolutely loved this place. convenient, right next to 7/11 and supermarket with street stalls selling yummy food. super close to a train, ferry AND bus stop. Staff were so nice, and there was a lovely little chill area outside. 10/10 would stay again

We had nice time while staying House of Phraya Jasaen . The location is somewhat remote but it is walkable to Bts station. We were concerned about lack of restaurants near the accomendation. We found little cute a restaurant hiding in a small alley. Over all the House of Phraya Jasaen gave us special time. My grand son like the decor and feel of the place . We recommend the place . 탁산 사판역 에서 도보로 약 7 분 거리이고 주택가 옆이라 유흫시설 이나 식당등 이 많지 안으나 숙소는 나름 새로운 경험을 제공했다. 객실은 여러 주제로 구성 되여있고 나름 독특한 경험을 재공했습니다. 가성비 좋은 숙소 입니다.

L'hôtel a des problèmes d'isolation phonique, avec des chambres bruyantes proches des coins employés et des machines. Le personnel n'a pas été transparent quant aux problèmes de bruit malgré l'utilisation de boules quies. La chambre la plus onéreuse est la pire en termes de bruit car elle donne sur la rue et les fenêtres n'ont aucune isolation. La propreté laisse à désiré, j'ai même trouvé un poil dansa bouilloire. Les draps souvent taché et sentent mauvais c'est la loterie a ce niveau. Je ne comprends pas tout les avis très positif sur tout les sites. Pour le prix on s'attend à plus sérieux. Il n'y a pas de remboursement possible en cas de problème. Il est déconseillé de séjourner dans cet hôtel.

Nice room with A/C, TV and refrigerator, comfortable bed. Convenient and quiet location near BTS. Access to upper floor via elevator. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend and would love to stay again there.

フロントの方はとても親切でした。 駅からもそこまで遠くなく、すぐ隣にコンビニがあり便利でした。 ただ上の階や両隣の部屋の音が響いてとてもうるさかったです。 あとお湯がほぼ水のように冷たかったです。

與隔壁房間共用浴室的設計很特別，旅行過這麽多國家和旅館，第一次被這種設計驚嚇到是因為不小心鎖了隔壁房的門導致對方無法使用廁所而敲我的門。

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t see what other people see in this property. The staff are decent. Theyre not great and theyre not bad. Theyre just “blah.” None of them speak English (obviously not a dealbreaker, but some people may want to know that). On the first day, there was no hot water. I ran the water for about 10 minutes. After I called down to the front desk the girl came up. when the water reached room temperature she said thats as hot as it will get. Eventually, there was hot water. My guess is they turned the water heater on after I complained. The 2nd night I went to get dinner and I had to rush back to my room for a conf call in America. I got to the hotel at 10PM and my card wouldn’t work so I couldnt enter the building. I knocked on the door and window as hard as I could without breaking it.. for 20 minutes. That is 20 min without exaggeration. I understand people exaggerate when they leave reviews when they are upset. Im not upset, it literally was 20 min of knocking. I had an American Sim card and I couldn’t call the no. on the window. Thankfully, a Thai dude heard me pounding on the window and called them for me. When the lady came out I asked if she heard me knocking - I didnt get an answer because no English. There are two very small trash cans in the room. Once I filled them up, I set them outside my door. The trash remained there for the entirety of my stay. Other guests did the same. Again, the place is just whatever. My guess: rating manipulation.

A nice little hotel with a friendly staff. The interior designer made some interesting and unique choices which were very enjoyable. I had emailed the hotel that I’d be arriving after 11:30 pm. Within an hour the manager assured me the staff would be available. When I arrived at 12:30am, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. Bravo!!!

Very beautiful boutique hotel. Great and very friendly staff! The only downside was no warm water for showers. I love that the hotel is green and environmentally friendly - they use solar but there should still be hot water regardless. I live in California where most have solar and hot water is no issue. Other than that... it is a wonderful hotel.

Excellent value, good quality
1st time in Bangkok, the hotel offered all round good value and the staff offered excellent service. Late night check in was not a problem, the staff spoke a good level of English and were very helpful. Good breakfast options for all tastes (UK and Japanese)
