Bra hotell men lite dåligt städning
Jag bokade kokotel pågrund av dess charm med sina små detaljer till sina kunder och verkade otroligt bra. Vi kom en timme innan incheckningstid, men personalen va så snabba som möjligt för att vi skulle kunna checka in så fort som möjligt. Bra service! Men tyvärr så va städningen slarvig. Full med en annan kvinnas långa hår låg över hela golvet som man trampade på och fick med sig upp i sängen. Väldigt ofräscht. och ingen fin "får" detalj fick vi heller (som bilderna visar från andra glada gäster) och då är jag en tjej som verkligen ÄLSKAR sådana detaljer. Så det tyckte jag va synd:( men i stort så va maten jättebra, baren va öppen sent, okej rum för det priset man betalar, tillgång till tvättmaskin på översta våningen. Vilket var jättesmidigt! Det som skulle kunna förbättras är städningen, då det bara bäddas och inte så mycket mer. Dom hade även reklam om kinesika nyår med lappar, om man köpte för över 500bath så skulle man få ett rött kuvert. Men det var väldigt luddigt och man fick ibland och ibland inte osv och ibland sa dom inget för att det va slut. Men då ska man även ta bort sådan marknadsföring. Så nu ger jag lite kritik för små detaljer. Men det är för att jag tror detta hotell kan ha stor potential och kan växa större :D annars så älskade jag alla andra smådetaljer och personalen var bra

スタッフのサービスもよく、一階にカフェもありとても良かったです。 強いて言えば、部屋が少し暗かったのでお化粧とかする時困りました。 洗濯と乾燥機があるのも便利でしたが10バーツコインしか使えないので、用意が必要です。 総じて満足です。特にスタッフさん優しかったです。

Lovely hotel. All you need for a city stay. Clearly environmentally driven, which is a big plus, e.g. fill your own free water via the water purifier.

We are traveling with three young children (5y, 3y, 18m) the slide and play room kept them entertained and the bunk beds and baby cot were a huge blessing! I also loved the self serve water flasks they provided. It was both eco friendly and helped us stay hydrated as we didn’t feel like we needed to continually ask for more water (or buy more bottled water).

清潔感があり、スタッフの方も皆親切でした。こどもを遊ばせるスペースや滑り台も無料で楽しめて、これ1階のカフェの料理も美味しいです！また、ホテルのすぐ近くにセブンイレブンもあり、便利です！ また利用します！

Photos don’t match with original set up. Good service. We had to leave airport at 6:30am but their breakfast would open at 7:00am. They provided excellent packed breakfast at 6:00am. Need to update their towels and bedsheets.

this hotel is nicely set up, with a kids play room and slide which is great for going from 2nd to ground floor (1st), nice theme etc, not far to walk (10 to 15 min)to bts, silom rd etc , rooms are small, toilet is tight for a western tall man, rooms are due for a good thorough clean, showers need a good scrub or bleach. would i recommend, yes for a day or 2 it does its purpose

This hotel is new and clean. Very spacious single room and the super single bed is a bit wider then usual, mattress is comfortable and not too hard. Very clean and cosy simple decor and amenties with daily housekeeping. It is a pity that there are 2 major downsides for me personally. The walls of the hotel are too thin, even with ear plugs I can hear everything in the corridor and my neighbour singing! Also, the hotel is quite far from Chong Nonsi BTS station and if the weather is hot, it’s impossible to walk without melting and if you party into the night, it’s not easy to find your way back to the hotel from BTS by foot. Its really a pity because this hotel is so nice in terms of the room decor, size, bed and overall room set up but I could not look past these 2 major deterring factors.

晚班的夜間櫃臺人員，我們入住了10分鐘 都還沒有開空調，跟他反應後，還一付不耐煩的態度，洗手檯的水溢出來，請他找人幫我們用，他也只是拿了兩條地墊毛巾應付我們，完全不會再去了

最喜歡是有長滑梯讓小朋友每天都玩，另外二樓有一個小playroom，適合年紀細的小朋友。酒店員工非常有禮，而房間設備齊全（有小型雪櫃、小型夾萬、電制拖板），廁所比較細，房內燈光較暗。交通方便，如果步行到BTS站比較遠，大約15分鐘。但call grab就非常方便，酒店門前方便上落車。價錢非常實惠，房間略欠清潔。

We have two bookings at hotel Kokotel, both were three nights. We left to Phuket and Khao Lak and returned to this hotel. We stored our suitcases there, it was good without any problem. The first stay was in general good, only one thing should be improved is their Wifi. The wifi kicked us out every time. We have to log in again and again every day, it sucks. Kokotel has a slide and play room for small kids, I would recommend family who has small kids to go to Kokotel. A double room maybe a bit narrow for a family of three, we stayed both stays at a double room, slept very bad because the bed is not wide enough for 3 persons. The room is tiny, like typical Japanese hotel If you’re tall, you will have problem! The toilet and bathroom are separated in a small cube room with glass doors. If you’re tall, you can’t close the door of the toilet, and the opposite of the toilet is a big mirror of the closet. This means you will have to see yourself sitting in the toilet, hahahaa… The staffs are friendly and helpful. Kokotel is very attentive, they think of every tiny thing. For instance, they provided two glass bottles so that you can refill drinking water (hot, warm and cold water) in the corridor every day. There is a socket box on the desk, so family member do not have to fight for charging phone and tablets. They have pretty much every thing you need during your stay. Even though the room is tiny, but they have enough compartment for your stuff and clothes.

Nice stay
Staff are very nice. Room is clean. My kids love the slide. But the room is quite small. Toilet with slightly unpleasant smell. Just remind, the pancake for breakfast is very nice.

My friend recommended this hotel, and it was absolutely wonderful. All the staff at the front desk(and cafe) were nice, and I felt very warmly welcomed everytime I came back to the hotel. Perfect stay, more than the price I've paid for, and what I regret the most is that I only had a chance to stay for 2 nights...should have stayed longer.

Noisy neighbours
Okay for a night stop. Location is a little hard to find and walls are thin. If you are unlucky, you can hear your neighbors chatting and laughing past midnight.
