Super fräscht hotell, mysigt, skön stil, bra personal med bra service mind, ligger i lugnt område i Bangkok men ändå väldigt många bra restruranger i närheten.

Trevligt hotell och snygg inredning!
Superfint hotell i området Thonglor. Mycket Bra service, härliga sängar och rymliga rum. Frukosten var bra och ett fräscht gym. Poolområdet var också väldigt trevligt. Ganska långt från skytrain men hotellet hade shuttle från hotellet. Ett väldigt trevligt område med många bra restauranger , spacenter och klubbar. Dock ganska långt ifrån det stora shoppingområdet Siam Center/Paragon/MBK. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet om man vill upptäcka ett nytt trevligt område i Bangkok city, Thonglor!

Akyra - varit bättre förr.
Litet hotell med pool med sol fram till 12:00 (december-januari). Fint och fräscht men helhetsbetyget blir medel då det inte var bra service och brist på sol på poolområdet. Transfer från hotellet till skytrain var superbra!

Dåligt hotell med högt pris
Dålig service av personalen, det var väldigt långt till skytrain. Det kändes inte exklusigt. Tex så var det tvålpump med tvål på badrummer som var tom och toapappret fick man be att de fyllde på. Poolen var väldigt liten men framförallt var det skugga och väldigt kallt i poolen så där kunde man inte bada.

Good but there are improvements to be done
Service was good the personel was very helpfull. The location of the hotell was ok. A 10 min walk to the thong lo skytrain stop is required to get anywhere. A taxi is of course also an option however this would take some time during rush hours. The big negative was the breakfast. The Fruit was not fresh and had obviously been standing in the fridge for some time. The bread was no where near the pictures they advertise with. And some of the warm food was made from leftovers.

The hotel is located conveniently with easy walks to restaurants/bars/shops. Hotel staff are very friendly, special thanks to Ploy at reception upgraded our room and provided exception service. Guest rooms are clean and spacious and hotel amenities are well maintained. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a favorite of mine. The location, the employees are all making it very comfortable. Very service minded. Only thing I would request The hotel to change, is their breakfast buffet Policy (btw the breakfast is very good and in pleasant settings). Once you are in the breakfast area, you can't leave. That's my only little suggestion.

Fantastic stay. Service excellent. Upgraded fr Deluxe Rm to Suite - Rm 903. V spacious / clean. Modern int design. Only knocks: 1/ distance fr bed to bath far. Almost woke me going there/ back. 2/ lack silverware? Cups/plates yes. 3/ too many light switches. Due to size/design of suite. 4/ Shower/bath design. Can’t turn on water first to fill the tub given the fixed half shower door. 5/ towel quality avg. 6/ Toilet Paper access inconvenient. 7/ BR window view not best. Looks on HVAC unit. 8/ .9 km to BTS. 9/ Thai food room service could be much better. Ticky-tacky things yep. What I noticed/ liked: 1/ toilet paper high quality. 2/ bedding/mattress quality high. 3/ blackout curtains worked well. 4/ small mall adjacent has almost everything you want. Called Eight Thonglor I sampled the ThongSmith (famed boat noodles), 24 hr Thai diner in the basement (Tae Dee luk?). Was tempted w/ the Indian Masala Art, the Omakase restaurants, shabu shabu, 24 hr burger jt & Din Tai Fung. 24 hr Foodland mkt. Paul’s bakery. 5/ Great Japanese around, Marche mall, Suppanigga, El Gaucho steak. 6/ service EXCELLENT. They moved my bags in when I was rushed @ checkin. 7/ elevators fast. 8/ housekeeping unintrusive yet thorough. 9/ Easy/speedy checkin/out. 10/ motorcade for dropoff. No rain issues. Need to try spa, pool & on-site restaurants I booked early Oct w/ wife & will UG to suite & pay! Better location for Thonglor action!

Staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. Room was stunning. Bed was extremely comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. Shuttle service was really useful and unexpected so we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely a hotel we will be revisiting and highly recommending to others!

This is my first time leaving a review. I’m usually too lazy to give review but it really bothers me this time that I had to give this hotel a review. This is my second time staying in this hotel in the last week, I’ve stayed 2 nights and went to Japan and came back for another 2 nights, to be honest the hotel itself is very nice, big room big bathroom comfortable bedding’s, what you expect at a small luxury hotel, but I had the worst ending to my not too bad stay, I check out today on the 11th of Sept 2023 and check out time is at 12pm, right at 12pm on that very second I got a call from front desk while I was preparing to go down, asking me if I’m ready to check out today and right now, and of course I reply nicely yes I’m about to come down, and after 2-3 minutes housekeeping came knocking in the room to come check the room. So I went rushing down with my 2 suitcase and the whole process of check out took maybe 30 seconds and that was it. In my mind I was thinking what is the rush? I know check out time is at 12pm but to call right at 12 to ask your guest if you are ready to leave like you are in a hurry for me a leave is just unacceptable, it completely ruins my good impression that I had with them, as a hotel you want to make your guests feel welcome wether they are checking in or out, but that whole thing that I just experienced in the end is just not ok. I don’t think I will come back here again and it’s a shame because I really like this hotel

Beautiful hotel. Very spacious and comfortable room. Excellent location walking distance to shopping, restaurants. Would definitely stay again the next time I visit Singapore.

What a great place to stay for our 5 day stay in Bangkok! First off, all of the staff here are absolutely AMAZING, especially Tom (hotel manager) and will greet you from the moment you walk into the hotel, and the front desk staff also speaks English well and were very accommodating any time I had questions. The hotel is in the Sukhumvit area, next to the 8 Thonglor shopping mall, which has a few different good restaurants, shops, and ice cream shop inside as well as a market open 24 hours for convenience. As a solo female, I felt safe exploring the area on my own. Thonglor nails was down the street and I got a great mani/pedi. Plenty of massage parlors on the same street, as well as banks for currency exchange. The bed in the room was very comfortable, and we received a room upgrade that had both a waterfall shower and removable head. A booklet in the room was also very helpful to understand the area and how to use the BTS train (Thong Lo stop) which was about a 6-10 min walk for me. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future! Everything is perfect
Staff are very friendly, attentive and efficient. I was arriving the hotel at 2am, the 24-hour reception provided me with a very nice experience. Staff also proactively provides assistance to the guests. I was leaving for the airport at 10pm and the staff offered us a place for shower and changing before we went to the airport. This was very impressive to me. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast provided a wide choice of food. The hotel offers transfer service to the Thonglor BTS. There is also a 24-hour supermarket just next to the hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.
