The photos are extremely misleading. While it looks like some rooms may have been renovated, the room I stayed in felt very outdated, like something from the 1990s. There was mold on the ceiling near the AC, and I noticed clumps of hair along the walls, which made the space feel unclean. Overall, everything felt old and dusty, almost like staying in a relative’s house that hasn’t been updated in years. If that’s the kind of vibe you’re going for, this might work for you.
The room did include basic amenities like a refrigerator, bottled water, and small soap bars, but even those felt worn and not well maintained.
My experience wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t good either. For the price, you get exactly what you pay for.
The biggest issue was the service. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful, but the front desk staff were quite the opposite. They came across as rude and made it feel like you were bothering them when asking simple questions.
Overall, this has been one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had so far in Thailand.
