Fint hotell nära centrum
Fantastiskt fint! Blev först misstänksam då omgivningarna såg väldigt tråkiga och slitna ut men lärde oss snart att det är så de är i Bangkok. Ruckel trängs med lyxhotell och standarden varierar för varje steg. Superbra hotell med mysig frukostrestaurang! Nära till de stora shoppingcentrana. Rekommenderas!

Enjoyed the stay!
Great accomodation! Nice rooms and really great service from the ladies in the reception. The breakfast was a bit chaotic but the overall impression was great. We'll stay here next time in Bangkok.

酒店整體清潔，寬敞，服務員態度非常好，唯一缺點是枕頭硬度沒有選擇，全部都太高。矩離BTS站需行大約十分鐘，如購物太多感覺不方便！

Hidden gem in Bangkok
Khun Tu was very helpful. The staff prepared the bed according to our request. All the staff are polite. Will stay here again!

Easy to call Grab from this hotel. We booked a two bedroom suite, one room was en-suite and there is another bathroom with toilet in the living room therefore plenty of private space. The suite was in very good condition too. Very clean. Fabric sofas are a little stained but it doesn’t stink or anything so it’s fine to use. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

While the property initself was good, the limited breakfast option was disappointing. Staff were courteous when they wanted to be. Would I stay again - I think there are cheaper and better options available which I would consider next time around. Having said that, no complaints with the property itself.

Very large rooms and friendly staff
Great rooms, large and comfortable. Staff friendly and do pay attention to details. Breakfast OK but not amazing. Swimming pool OK but quite a few buildings are under construction around so that you don't really want to spend much time over there. Great area, malls and greens spaces walking distance

A very comfortable stay at Rongratana
Our stay at Rongratana was a family trip. All of us found our suites & studio room very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very polite and very helpful. We will surely recommend Rongratana to other friends, and I will surely stay here again in future.

The location of Rongratana cannot be beat. The property is a reasonable walk to many of Bangkok's premier shopping centre's. The rooms are spacious and represent a good value for money. The Hen and Egg restaurant located on site is an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hotel reception staff were polite, courteous and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent as my room was spotless.

가족여행 아주좋았습니다!!
3가족 모녀여행이라 방 4개짜리 가장큰방 했는데 화장실도 3개고 수압도 괜찮고 아주좋았습니다. 랑수언로드가 고급주택가라 그런지 카페들 브런치맛집 마사지샵도 걸어서 5분10분거리에 많았고 어딜가든 다 가까웠어용 1층 프런트도 친절하고 청소도 매일 잘해주시고ㅎㅎ 수영장도 가슴까지와서 놀기 아주좋고 은근 넓고 이뻣어용

Отличный Апарт-отель в центре Бангкока!
Останавливались на одну ночь в Royal Suite 2 Bedrooms. В апартаментах было немного пыльно, но в остальном все на уровне. Рядом много магазинов. а также в пешей доступности расположены парк Люмпини, торговый центр Siam Paragon и океанариум Ocean World. Комфортно добрались до аэропорта Суварнабхуми. В итоге - качество отеля соответствует цене.

Lovely and comfortable stay. We had problems with our door and got locked out of the room. Not ideal when you have kids and they need to go to bed. Staff did what they could to get it sorted. Found the chap on the front desk in the day time lacking in friendliness.

Went with a group of 8 friends, stayed in the suite. Highly recommended! Comes with breakfast too ( breakfast was good! )

只有房間漂亮而已，其他很一般
房間很漂亮。但是，浴室洗手台多處裂紋。早餐套餐式，只有一盤主餐（英式的是蛋加培根，泰式的是飯或麵）、吐司、水果、橘子汁和咖啡，內容很貧乏，與房價顯不相當。房務用的毛巾桶子放置在客人可以輕易見到的公共區域，不像四五星飯店的格局。

飯店裝潢很棒，員工服務很好，地點離捷運不會太遠，距離四面佛、BIG C、CentralWorld、水門市場也算進，整體都很好，除了早餐比較沒那麼好，種類只有三樣。

위치, 숙소상태, 친절함 등은 모두 좋았으나 단 한 가지 아주 심각한 문제, 방음이 안됨! 옆방과 문 하나로 연결돼있는데(아마 커넥션이 가능한듯) 이게 마치 한 방에 같이 있는 느낌이 들 정도로 옆방 말소리, 그릇 씻는 소리, 에어컨 리모컨 소리 등이 그대로 다 들림. 가족여행이라 일부러 레지던스 스타일로 잡은 건데 옆방 소음 신경쓰이고 마찬가지로 우리 방도 옆방에 들릴까 말도 제대로 못하고 눈치만 보다 나옴. 그리고 배수구에 물이 안 빠져서 욕조에서 샤워하면 한강이 됨..
