Personalen är fantastiska!
Personalen är fantastiska! Personalen gjorde vår korta vistelse helt magisk! Vid varje behov, varje fråga så var de snabbt framme och ställde upp. Eloge! Pga covid så hade Lebua ingen Club lounge lokal utan den integrerades med poolens restaurangdel. Men de gjorde ändå allt för att man skulle känna sig speciell. Hur de la upp menyn för frukosten och club lounge menyn var mycket bra. Scirocco baren och kupolen var en fantastisk upplevelse på kvällen! Jag var helt i extas. Vi fick även gå upp på taket för att ta kort. Vi eskorterades av två från personalstyrkan som hjälpte oss ta kort och gav oss riktigt fina minnen. Filmen Baksmällan spelades in här på taket, personalen hjälpte oss att ta kort från en scen där. SÅ kul :D Enda kritiken är att rummen behöver en rejäl renovering och att de inte städade rummet.

Close to the stars
Topphotell med toppläge, känns unikt med balkong så högt upp. Frukost, gym och annat är i världsklass. Vi har bott här många gånger och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Good but not the best
Iconic hotel. Ome of the best breakfast I ever had (and I’ve been around)! However, this hotel has started to become somewhat old and the wibe in the rooms and lobby cannot compete with many of the other five star hotels in BKK. A negative was the extreme prices at the bar. 1000 bath for a beer (not joking!) and that it took lost and found several days to find a couple of things we forgotnin the room. Felt strange to us.

We were disappointed with check in as we were told to take a seat and no one came to help us. When we asked it was clear they forgot about us. The manager rectified by proving us with drink vouchers for sky bar. One day our room had not been cleaned by 3pm . Once we called reception this was taken care of immediately. Otherwise the location and property is overall an excellent choice.

Ms. Eek was very nice and friendly assisting us with top skills services. I always stayed at the hotel for the past few years now. Loved the services, breakfast options, pool and all the rooftop atmosphere was beyond amazing. The only thing I would say though this time stayed. It was a lot of pigeons in the buffet, food, and the pool areas. It was a little gross out due to pigeons picking our food and they were in the pool as well. But that was the only thing I would say of the improvements.

I loved the hotel friendliness of staff. I felt pampered. I loved the balcony, pool, view of rivers and sky bars. Great oprions on nonalcoholic drinks. I loved the Pink Daisy at the Pink Bar. Restaurants such as Breeze and Chef's Table are outrageously pricey. I wish the gym was bigger and 24 hours.

Service was a hit and miss, for example when seated for breakfast the staff didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks that were included in buffet breakfast such as iced coffee. Elevators were slow and only a few. Otherwise amenities such as bar and restaurants and lounge were great

Fabulous view of the city and river from the balcony, superb service on our arrival, and the 52nd floor breakfast view was also killer. Room was very spacious and bath area was lovely. Close to BTS station. It’s a 20-30 minute taxi ride to most places you want to go for sights or dinner, but that’s true for most of the hotels, and the cabs are cheap, so it’s not an issue.

I was placed in the wrong room and waited 24 hours later to be moved to the original room requested. Service was ok, mediocre breakfast, and the lobby was nice, but once you get past that and into the foyer; you’ll notice this hotel needs an update.
