“Nice central location but other than that not a great stay. You can see into the other bedroom next to yours. Kitchen wasn't cleaned so there was still some rice left in the pot from the previous guest. The kitchen tools were blunt and the non stick frying pan overused and had lost it's "non stick" coating. There was no mat for the shoes so there after a day out there was gravel all over the floor.
But the worst part is that we arrived one day late due to a snowstorm. Sonder made no effort to...
“The check in was a pain, had to wait 2 plus hours for our room to be ready. After a tired journey, all we wanted was go to the room. Also, each family, needs to check in with a staff, for breakfast. Once you arrive at the breakfast area, you check in ( usually a queue), if there is a table, you are called in, otherwise you wait until they find you a table (depending on how many are in your family). That was super annoying.”

“Sonder O’Connor has now become our go-to place when we’re in Ottawa. We chose it originally because it is close to our son and daughter-in-law. But we quickly realized that we liked the rooms (we’ve had both the single and the apartment style), the location beside the Museum of Natural History and the easy walk to Elgin Street. ”
