“From the outside it's an old motor lodge. But the room was completely redone. Very comfortable room. Relatively quiet with it being right on the highway. Very reasonable price. Give it a try.”

“We stayed here for an extended vacation and left feeling like family. All of the staff is amazing! We loved the history and the quaint feeling of the property. The breakfast was amazing every day. The location is perfect for day trips to surrounding areas or just staying in and walking the little main street of Comfort. Thank you to some of the owners, Ernie and Cara, for making us feel so welcome.”

“Room was spotless and amazing views. If you’re looking for a quiet but beautiful cabin to stay in but that is close to the city, this is the place! Only 15mins away from Fredericksburg. The night sky is beautiful out there! We cooked some steaks on the bbq pit and ended the night in the hot tub with a bottle of wine.
The owners were only a text away and answered right away when we had any questions.
This place has our highest recommendations, we will definitely be coming back! ”
