“A modern and very stylish hotel with a fantastic wine cellar. I can happily recommend! ”

“The owner Alexei was very helpfull.”

Apparently there are two hotels. One which must be nice and very centrally located cause we did not stay at the same hotel as the reviews stated. The rooms were cheap, but unfortunately the whole photo/location scam made this visit not live up to our expectations at all.”

“Very disappointing experience. Breakfast was advertised as free/included, but we were later told we had to pay for it. We also accidentally left the room key in a taxi and immediately informed the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, we were threatened with police involvement and later told the taxi driver wanted 50 GEL to return the key, although the information we received directly from the driver was different. The communication from the hotel became extremely unpleasant and threatening....

“very helpful people. The place is practically brand new. Loved it. We will definitely go back.”

Despite the booking being confirmed, I had still not received any check-in instructions one day before my arrival. I contacted the property several times but received no response. On the day of check-in, I arrived at the listed address, but there was no staff member, agent, or anyone available to facilitate my check-in. I was left standing outside the property with my...
