Cal Fenent is a beautifully renovated holiday rental located just a short walk from the picturesque lake and charming old town of Banyoles. The house is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and opens onto the garden, providing a lovely space for enjoying meals with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, from pots and pans to utensils and appliances.



There are three bedrooms in the house, ensuring that everyone has their own space to relax and unwind. The two double bedrooms can be configured with either individual beds or a king-size bed, depending on your preferences. The single bedroom is perfect for a child or a single adult. All of the bedrooms are decorated with a unique style and offer plenty of storage space for your belongings.



Cal Fenent has been completely renovated and refurbished with new furniture and appliances in June 2023, making it a modern and comfortable holiday rental. The beds and mattresses are especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. Each room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the summer months. High-speed fiber optic internet is available, making it perfect for streaming content and video conferencing with multiple people at once. There is also a TV with Chromecast, allowing guests to stream their content from their phone.



Cal Fenent has a fenced garden. You can spend your days lounging on the terrace, enjoying a barbecue with friends and family, or playing games on the grassy area. The garden is also a great place for children to play and explore.



Cal Fenent is a dog-friendly accommodation, so you can bring your furry friend along with you on your holiday. Banyoles is a great place for dog owners, with plenty of parks and walking trails to explore. Please note that there is an additional fee for bringing a pet, and we ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to bring one.



Cal Fenent has a private garage for parking one car and bicycles, giving you the freedom to explore the local area at your own pace. The central bus station of Banyoles is just a short walk away, providing easy access to Barcelona, Besalù, Olot, Girona, and the Girona train station.



Located in a quiet street on the ground floor of a two-story apartment building, Cal Fenent is just a two-minute walk from the lake of Banyoles and the boulevard, and a five-minute walk from the center of Banyoles where you can roam around the old town, visit the market on Wednesdays, and shop for groceries or souvenirs. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, so you'll never be short of options for dining out.



Banyoles is a vibrant town with lots of sports and cultural activities throughout the year. Whether you're interested in hiking, cycling, swimming, or exploring the local museums and galleries, there's something for everyone in Banyoles. We are happy to recommend things to do and places to visit during your stay.

### BOOKING INFORMATION



- Security Deposit: On the day of arrival, we will hold a security deposit on the provided credit card. This deposit will be fully released after your stay, provided no damages or violations of the agreed terms are detected.

- Tourist Taxes: In accordance with Catalan tax regulations, a tourist tax of 1,- per guest above 16 years old for the first 7 nights will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.

- Online Check-in: By law, all guests are required to check in online before arrival via our easy-to-use online guest area.
