With its two terraces, you can enjoy meals and drinks outdoors.

Ideal for 4 people and fully air-conditioned, the villa comprises, on the first floor, two bedrooms with closets, one of which has access to the terrace, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, you'll find a living area open to the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine), and a dining area with access to the terrace. A garage for one car completes this villa, and a second car can also be parked in front of the garage.

💳 Security Deposit: €700 (not cashed, returned after your stay)

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.

If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €300 may be deducted from the security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the property. 🙏
