“Staff not very friendly at all”

“I had a long day of travel for work and realized i would still need to be in the area the next day. I was easily able to book online. The place was nice and my first room was quiet and restful. However upon getting into bed, i realized there were ants in my bed and crawling on me. I reported it to the lady at the front desk. Staff came up quickly with a spray. “My family and I stayed from June 10th through June 14th. Unfortunately, the bathroom appeared to be in need of remodeling, and the rooms were only cleaned every other day. In addition, the carpet had a noticeable mildew odor, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”

“The front desk service was great, the rooms are clean, and the family enjoyed the breakfast. The area feels safe and is a great place to walk the dog. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and body wash needed refilled, room was for 4-6 people but their were only 3 sets of towels The TV in the sitting wasn't connecting to DirecTV for our kids. “As a female who travels alone, this hotel makes me feel very safe. My room was very clean as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I’ll stay here any time when I travel.”

“Room was not clean at check-in. Someone had been on the bed & it was a mess. Dirty sheets in a laundry basket sitting on the counter. Floor was soaked. Looked like some dried weeds or something on rhe counter as well as a cigarette lighter. Door to room was not even closed when we arrived. No one was at the front desk to move us to another room. Called & the clerk had to go back to the office to see if another room was available. She moved us to a room below the first room. It was a loud night....

“The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!”
