    Acadia Yurts erbjuder besökarna det mest unika sättet att bo på Mount Desert Island.     En jurt är en tältliknande cirkulär tygkonstruktion med en ram av trägitter som har sitt ursprung bland nomadstammarna i Asien. Dessa permanenta, färgglada strukturer har tjocka ytterväggar på duk som inkluderar reflekterande isolering och en högeffektiv värmepump / AC-enhet så att du kan vara bekväm under alla säsonger. Yurts blir snabbt en ny semesterupplevelse som semesterfirare njuter av i hela USA från utsikt över klippan i Kalifornien till skidstugor i Colorado. This was the best experience: comfort, quiet, relaxation, amenities, and extras on the quiet side of Acadia National Park. A great space to come back to after a day of adventures.

Yurt experience.

Quiet side of Mt.Desert Island. Nice hiking trails nearby. Also some good restaurants in the area. Clean property in the woods. Pleasant stay.

Champlain Mountain Yurt

We had a great experience! The yurt was extremely clean and comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do in Maine. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Acadia and have a fun and unique experience!

Fantastic little place

We had a great visit to Acadia and this clamping yurt was the perfect middle ground between camping and getting a hotel. The space was clean, bed was comfy and hosts were very communicative, but not hovering.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We will be back, the host is great and the place is amazing. We stayed in one of the yurts. Super comfy and just perfect for us. We did a lot of hiking, kayaking and biking in Acadia national park. Perch place!

Loved our stay at Acadia Yurts. The yurt was very well, equipped, and the location was fantastic on the quiet side of the island. Very easy location to access the park as well as lots of other local features. The entire property was fantastic. Very close to a fantastic coffee shop.

Wonderful base for Acadia NP and Bar Harbor!

The yurt was very clean, and it was such a fun place to stay! We were only there for 3 nights, and with so much to do in the area, we just didn't have time to take full advantage of everything that Acadia Yurts has to offer (fire pit, wellness center, etc), but we'll definitely plan another (longer) stay there!

Awesome place to stay on MDI!

My family loved our stay at Acadia yurts! The yurts are cozy and well appointed and we loved the location - nestled in the woods and away from the hustle and bustle. It was a perfect place to retreat to after spending time in Acadia and around the Island's busy towns. We can't wait to return!

The place to stay in Acadia!

We visit Acadia every year, but this was our first time staying in a yurt. Our stay was fantastic (our 5 yo loved it too). The yurt was clean and cozy, and SW harbor is a great location. Karen and Aaron were excellent hosts and very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and relaxing

We loved our stay. The yurt was clean, everything accessible to make our stay easy. Short drive to Bar Harbor for dinner and shopping. Short drive to Acadia Park. 10/10 we would absolutely stay again. I have to say that the tankless water heater was greatly appreciated when there were 4 of us showering to get ready.

Baby’s first vacay!

Great property managers and awesome amenities. We took our 4 month old on his first vacation ever to a Tiny house while my family stayed in a yurt. From the in-house coffee to the campsite laundromat, I had everything I needed to have a fun, relaxing, worry-free time as a new mom!
