I have not one negative thing to say! We had a truly awesome time here as a family with 3 young kids (6,4.5, 2). The house had everything we needed and more, communication with host was easy and pleasant. Comfortable beds, clean and cozy, light filled space. View was amazing, location couldn’t be better. We really loved this home and look forward to being back one day. Thank you!

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful house! We will never forget the breathtaking views, relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, skipping rocks, and even taking a cold plunge! This was the perfect house for my family - plenty of room and so comfortable! The pictures do not do it justice - it’s perfect! This was truly a memorable family vacation! Thank you for everything! We hope to be back one day in the near future!

Beautiful Waterfront Stay Minutes from Acadia

We loved our stay at this cozy, seaside-themed home just 10 minutes from Bar Harbor. It was perfect for our family of five — comfortable, clean, fully stocked kitchen and right on the water with gorgeous views. The fire pit was a great spot to relax after hiking nearby Acadia trails. Jacqueline, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive, with great restaurant tips. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this gem of a house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views — the kind that make you want to sit on the perfectly placed chairs and never leave. The home is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every detail, from the furnishings to the amenities, made our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and every room felt welcoming and thoughtfully decorated. It’s clear Jaqueline has put so much care into creating a space that feels both luxurious and homey. Jaqueline was a pleasure to work with—friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely welcoming.If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home (and then some!), this is the place. Even better than expected

Really nice house in a great location. I’ve stayed in a bunch of places around MDI and this ranks as one of the best. The yard and views are fantastic, the house had everything we could have wanted, and access to both the park and town were super easy.

A Delightful Home in Every Way

Don't be put off with the limited number of reviews for this property. Jacqueline's home is a terrific vacation rental. We found it to be as described and pictured in the listing. The bayside of the house is very bright thanks to the walls of windows that overlook the cove. The house is very clean, even the blinds had been dusted (but who's checking?) We have rented a lot of VRBO homes over the years and this one was the cleanest. The kitchen is well equipped -- we cooked in for four nights and everything we needed for food preparation was there. The beds are very comfortable and the towels are plush. Plenty of beach towels are provided. We enjoyed looking at the water and beach outside of our door. The beachis easily accessed from the house and you can walk quite a ways during low tide. Jacqueline was a great host -- she responded quickly to email and texts. We contacted her one evening because of a problem starting the dishwasher (turned out to be operator error!). She was there in 15 minutes to help. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Lovely waterfront house

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacequline place in Acadia. Her place is tastefully decorated, very clean with all the essentials provided. My communication with Jacequline was very prompt and the check in/ out process was super easy. We loved the location of the place as well. Only about 10 minutes drive from Bar harbor and being right by the water with beautiful views from the house was refreshing. There is a barbecue and fire pit available in the patio and in the back yard of the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others as well.
