This cozy vacation rental with a terrace, Wi-Fi, and ocean views is in a quiet location. It’s ideal for couples and solo travelers. The apartment comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Pets (up to 2 dogs) are welcome.
You can park right next to the vacation rental in the carport or in the parking space.
Three beautiful beaches and a supermarket are within easy walking distance (see photos). Restaurants and shops are also nearby.

The terrace features a traditional Bavarian beer table set. There, you can enjoy a leisurely meal and relax. The terrace offers both sun and natural shade.

The vacation rental features a living room with a dining table and 4 chairs, a cozy fold-out sleeper sofa, a large bookshelf, and Wi-Fi. Of course, there’s also air conditioning. The windows have sheer curtains and can be darkened with blackout curtains.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a refrigerator and an electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, 4 hotplates, and an oven.
The spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen-size double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and two chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
The apartment also has a washing machine that you can use for free.

The apartment has a separate entrance. You can park for free right in front of the apartment or in the carport.

I live very close by and am happy to assist my guests promptly if they have any questions. I speak German, English, French, Spanish, and a little Montenegrin.

The vacation rental is conveniently located. It’s only 56 km from Podgorica Airport to the vacation rental.
It’s just 17 km to the 13-km-long sandy beach at Velika Plaza near Ulcinq.
The coastal towns of Bar and Ulcinq are 15 and 20 minutes away by car, respectively. Ulcinq features a historic old town, many excellent restaurants with stunning ocean views, and is definitely worth a visit.

Montenegro is always worth a visit! Outside the peak season, you can enjoy the vacation rental at reduced rates. During the cooler months, you can stay warm with air conditioning and underfloor heating. Long-term rentals are also available upon request. The coast enjoys about 220 days of sunshine per year and mild winters. In May, September, and October, the weather is usually pleasantly warm.
