Top Barbados Museum & Historical Society Hotel Reviews
"'Eden on the Sea' was an excellent property for my trip to Barbados. With a bus stop next to the locale and a road going directly into Bridgetown it was a solid central hub to travel to and from.
Rooms were neat and clean and the perfect size for 1-2 travellers needing a place to lay their heads at night.
My only complaint is that the shower temperature is difficult to control and would drift between scalding hot and lukewarm without warning or input, but the experience was otherwise perfect.
Good rooms, nice people, great access to the beach and to the bar and food stalls, and even better access to the surrounding area. "
"We had the most incredible stay at this Vrbo condo on the beach in Barbados! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit itself is beautifully maintained and offers breathtaking views of the ocean right from the patio — we spent countless hours soaking it all in. With the windows open, the soothing ocean breeze made every moment feel like paradise. The beach and pool were both steps away and absolutely pristine. We felt completely at ease with the 24-hour monitored security gate, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay.Cherane and Chris were the most gracious hosts — they truly went above and beyond. We were welcomed with delicious homemade banana bread and refreshing rum punch, such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel instantly at home.We can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo and our experience. It’s the kind of place you dream about and never want to leave. We will absolutely be returning to this unit every time we vacation in Barbados. Thank you, Cherane and Chris, for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!"
"This place was a really lovely place to stay and is a UNESCO world heritage site minutes away from the beach and so close to the city! Absolutely loved staying here and the hosts were so amazing. We will be back! "
Authentic Suburban Retreat: AC Bedroom, Wi-Fi, 5 Mins to Bridgetown & Beach
10/10 Excellent
"Stylish, extremely clean and new inside. A/C works fantastic in the bedroom. Ceiling fan in the living area/kitchen. Zero bugs inside. 12-15 min walk to Brownes beach (6 shipwrecks to snorkel offshore) and bus access within 75 ft of the rental. The only things I might consider adding would be a microwave (however there is a toaster oven and stovetop burners) and a couple of beach towels. From time to time there are cars who pass on the road which have extremely loud mufflers and/or music. However this noise is heard in the living/dining area. Almost no vehicle noise reaches the bedroom, Final bonus..the only island rental I've ever rented where I don't hear roosters crowing in the morning. The assorted beverages available were a great touch. The neighborhood is beyond safe. The shower has good pressure and hot water. I would definitely stay here again. "
