Come and recharge in this charming house for 8 people in Barbâtre! Located in a peaceful setting, you can reach the beach in just a few steps through the forest and fully enjoy unspoilt nature: walks, greenery, swimming, rock pooling or simply sunbathing.



The enclosed garden is a real asset to the house. You will enjoy having your breakfast on the terrace, preparing delicious barbecue grills or relaxing in the sun whilst the children play. A zen corner with a fountain and rockery offers an ideal space to retreat and enjoy a moment of peace.



Inside, the very well-equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare your meals: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. It opens onto the dining room, perfect for sharing convivial moments. The house also has two lounges: the first for chatting over a coffee or reading a good book, the second for relaxing in front of the television.



In the evening, enjoy the comfort of one of the 4 bedrooms:



- Master bedroom: double bed (140x190), desk, large ensuite bathroom and separate WC.

- Second bedroom: double bed (140x190) and access to an adjoining room with bunk beds (80x190), ideal for children.

- Third bedroom: double bed (120x190).



For added convenience, the house also has a bathroom, independent toilet, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, travel cot and parking for 3 cars.



* Renovation works are underway on the neighbouring land until mid-June, they will be suspended during the summer season. There are no works during weekends.
