Casa le Marie is a bright and incredibly spacious retreat located in the heart of Barberino di Mugello. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, offering the perfect balance between independence and modern comfort.

The living area is the heart of the home: it features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals in complete privacy and comfort, a large dining table, and access to two terraces. One of these outdoor spaces is furnished with a charming sitting area, perfect for enjoying an aperitif al fresco, and features a convenient private barbecue for guests’ exclusive use to host delicious barbecues.

The sleeping area has been designed for maximum rest and consists of three cozy bedrooms: two spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with a private TV for moments of relaxation, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The apartment features two fully equipped and functional bathrooms to meet every need—one with a shower and the other with a comfortable bathtub. To ensure a perfect stay in any season, every single room in the apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Outside, the building is surrounded by a beautiful garden shared with the other residents; it is a peaceful environment where guests are expected to show the utmost respect for shared spaces and the neighborhood. Pets are also welcome for a small additional fee, provided that guests take care to maintain the cleanliness and order of the common areas.
