Dirty
The pictures are old to the point where a lot of the furniture is different. The place is in desperate need of a deep clean, a coat of paint and some refurbishments. The pictures are not an indication of the current state of the property. If you dont mind grungy, its close to the beach and everyone in the building is incredibly friendly, including the doorman. You get the sense that is a real community but please update the pictures. They are misleading.
