Close to la Rambla, but in an area with disputed reputation. In the day no worries in the night the quaters have some shady men. Easy check in on a phone in the hallway. Lockers available to leave bags in when you've checked out. Nice flat with 2 x 2 beds and a new kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

Bra läge men stora brister
Bra läge och fin lägenhet. Men vi var typ i en källare och man kunde inte ha gardinerna uppe. Det fanns full utrustning i köket men ingen diskborste, svamp, diskställ eller handduk så det blev svårt att diska, vilket även syntes rester av från tidigare gäster. Glas odyl var smutsigt. Det var stopp i avloppet i dushen och det blev blött på golvet utan att man kunde ta bort vattnet. Det fanns ingen golvbrunn eller något att torka upp med. Det fanns ingen personal att fråga om tex diskborste eller stopp i avloppet.

Think twice before staying here.
The photos completely misrepresented the "hotel". We got a room/big closet in the basement with no windows. The toilet wasn't working properly and the hot water tank was minimal with warning text to take quick showers so we wouldn't run out of hot water. There was no staff when we arrived and very hard to get ahold of them. A lot of people had a hard time getting into the hotel and find the right number to call. There were also people having a big party with loud music late at night. Location was very close to La Rambla and harbor. Will definitely not come back here again.

The Reception in the building it is not 24 hours but at all times, the phone number are posted at the entrance door because we have a Central Reception at 10 minutes away which is open from 9 am until midnight. Inte värt ens hälften av pengarna
Perfekt läge fall man vill bo nära till shopping, gågator, turism, tunnelbana mm. Dock ett BIG NO NO när det kommer till service. Fåtal timmar under våra 5 dagar som "receptionen" var öppen, extremt svåra att få tag på och ingenting utav deras "infolappar" stämmer. Hade varken fått det rummet vi bokat eller täcke när väl fick checka in. Dag 2 fick vi det lite bättre, men fortfarande inte en ok. Kalla rum, farligt varmt vatten, dåligt med tallrikar och glas i skåpen och ingen påfyllning utav toapapper. Renligheten var godkänd.

Gemytligt hotell med centralt läge
Ett litet lägenhetshotell nära Rambla. Vi hade en studio och där fanns all nödvändig utrustning. Det första rummet vi fick var mycket litet och vi fick efter någon dag byta till ett som var större och helt OK. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Rummet var rent och prydligt. Några av möblerna var något slitna, men var inte trasiga. Personalen gav bra service och var trevliga. Det står att det fins WiFi och routern satt utanför rummet, ändå var det ständiga problem med frånkoppling och hastighetsproblem.

Fin lägenhet med perfekt läge.
Stor fin studio, väl utrustad, med perfekt läge. Lite svårt att ha kontakt med personal. Bor gärna där igen.

Mycket bra
Hotellet hade bra läge! Några minuter till Metro, 5-10 min till flygbussarna, 2 min från la Rambla, 15-20 min till stranden. Vi uppskattade att ha eget kök då vi gjorde vår egen frukost och ibland matsäck till våra dagsturer. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi skulle absolut komma tillbaka

Centralt läge
Det enda negativa är att den centralt belägna smala bakgatan där hotellet ligger ger ett mycket mörkt och ogästvänligt intryck, vi trodde taxin kört fel när vi kom dit sent på kvällen.

Ett billigt lägenhetshotell nära La Ramblan. Nära till hamnen och shopping. Låg två tvärgator in från Las Rambla och jag skulle rekommendera det till andra men inte om man är själv eller bara två. Området känndes inte säkert.

Billigt kanonhotell vid La Rambla
Mycket trevligt prisvärt hotell. Låg perfekt vid La Rambla. 2-3 minuters gång. Servicen var kanon, städningen bra och vi fick gratis lämna våra väskor i receptionen vid utcheckningen så vi slapp släpa sista dagen.Gatan hotellet låg på var lite skum. Men åker til till Barcelona igen blir det troligtvis detta hotell igen :)

Trevligt bemötande och rent på rummen men väldigt lyhört och hög ljudlig aktivitet i kvarteret (och på hotellet) sent på nätterna. Perfekt läge bara något kvarter från La Rambla men gatan hotellet ligger på är väldigt skum. Någon takterass som gick att använda hittade inte vi. Prisvärd övernattning, man får helt enkelt det man betalar för.

Una vacanza comoda e senza pretese
La struttura è comodissima, a due passi da Las Ramblas, a due minuti dalla metro. Tanti locali, supermercati, e ottimi ristoranti nella piazza vicina. L'appartamento in sè necessita di manutenzione: prese rotte, una camera con finestra che da sul pozzo luce con ascensore a vista era senza tenda quindi privacy zero, letti non proprio comodissimi, la viuzza sottostante lascia un pò a desiderare in termini di sicurezza... Tuttavia la mia valutazione è positiva.

This place looks nicer in the pictures than it is in person. They do the absolute minimum to make it habitable. We are a family of 5 and when we arrived there was only bedding dor 4. There was a roll away bed with a sheet but no pillow or blanket. We called the front desk and theh said it was too late in the night to provide them to us. They said there may be bedding inside the couch bed, so I lifted up the couch cushion to look, and not only was it not a hide-a-bed, it was full of scurring cockroaches. My 14 year old son slept on the portable bed with a couch cushion for a pillow and a blanket I was traveling with. The beds are rock hard and they provided one thin pillow each. No decorations to cheer up the place. Cockroaches running across the kitchen counters. We checked out in the morning, even though the booking was for several days.

Property is located within easy walking distance of Las Ramblas, 2 subway stations, and several convenience stores. The apartment is small for 6 people, but otherwise nice and has character. Biggest complaint is that only 1 room has an AC unit, and it wasn't very effective. The bedrooms were unbearably hot with no relief by opening the windows.

Had a nightmare checking in, we waited 30 mins with the owner trying to check in because our check in details hadn’t been sent even though we had sent the city tax, he didn’t have a clue which apartment we were in and no one was answering who knew. Apartment was quiet, cool with aircon and the bed was comfy but it was advertised with a balcony which we didn’t have.

This does not look like the photos. It was not clean at all. We found roaches everywhere. The water did not drain in the shower, we had only one towel each the entire stay. It ruined our trip to the area. I do not recommend. It was loud, partying all night. The beds are cots not beds.

Horrible check-in experience
The check-in process is horrible. I received an email letting me know that once I arrived I would use a code to get into the door. Once inside, you are supposed to pick up a phone that is hanging on the wall to get in touch with someone to give you the code to get your key. For over 40 minutes we tried reaching someone on that phone and noone picked up. Thankfully we ran into another guest who told us that we had to walk 20+ minutes to another location in order to check in. This was never told to me. To make matters even more interesting, there were demonstrations going on in Barcelona so we had to walk past protestors and police to find this hidden check-in location. It was scary and none of us felt safe. When I told the gal checking us in that we had been calling she said she saw us on their camera system but she was busy with someone else. Why not pick up the phone and say that? Or give us proper instructions? In addition to this, there was a notification stating that we had to take our own garbage out with us and clean the room before we left or we'd be charged a fee. We left in the middle of the night to catch an early flight and the dumpster was a block down the dark alley. I found this apartment and everything associated with it to be completely sketchy. I've never left a poor review before but I'd hate for anyone else to go through what we did. If we had had a rental car, we would have slept in that instead.

Great location, spacious and good price
Great location, a couple blocks off of las ramblas and metro 2 blocks away. The apartment was spacious. The bed could be more comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 4 nights.

We booked an apartment for 4 days, as we were a family of 4. It was excellent! The apartment was clean, it had 2 bedrooms, with one sofa bed in the living room and a single bed next to it, a small dining table for 5, a kitchen equipped with a toaster, kettle, cutlery, fridge, microwave and stove. A Television set with cable, and free Wifi! There was more than enough space for all of us. We also had an iron and a hair dryer. Good hot water in the shower! The check in and checkout were all by a phone placed in their reception, and the distance to la Ramblas was less than a minute. We had a terrific time!

Lejlighed ligger tæt på La Rambla (turist enden), men i et lidt utrygt område - især i de sene timer.... spartansk indrettet uden luksus, men der er det man har brug for; seng, bad og lille køkken m køl og frys.

Very disappointing stay! Avoid completely!
Room was pre-paid 2 months before arrival. It was stated on booking confirmation that there is a receptionist on duty from 9am to 6pm. However, there was nobody and we had to wait for about 1 hour before someone arrived. We were informed that the property was fully booked and we had been transferred to another property! Nobody informed us of this change at all before arrival. They had our contact details! We were being transferred just like commodities! Checking online showed that the property still has available rooms and reluctantly they allowed us to check-in. The room appeared to be smaller than that on the confirmation email. They did not compensate us monetarily for a smaller room. Room was rather run-down. It was very upsetting and disappointing to have such a bad experience. The property had a Trip Advisor sticker pasted on the front door which we felt is very misleading and inappropriate when the service is not up to standard. The management should look into such bad standards and improve themselves.
