This is an apartment hotel with a small pentry and one big room. We stayed two children (aged 8) and two adults in one room. The small pentry offers a fridge and micro. Good to keep a bottle of water, but perhaps not where you prepare a gormet meal. Breakfast was acceptable, not the business hotell class, but still sandwiches/toast/ham/cheese, coffe/juice, yoghurt/serials. A few minutes walk (just two blocks) to Rocafort red-line subway and then three stops to Catalunya - the start of La Rambla, interchange to other public transport, lots of dining and tourist traps. Takes 10-12 minutes from Hotel to Catalunya, maby half an hour if you walk. Quite convenient with public transport card. Area is quiet at night, not that many restaurants (check out B Burger though, just a few minutes walk). Hotel is nice and clean. Walls are a bit on the thin side, you can hear things going on in adjacent apartments, but not to a disturbing level. Room was fresh. Beds made up each morning. Double bed about 160cm. Kids had double bunks. Internet service free and working so-so, some interruptions. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is just next door to a grocery store, where you can find most of what you might need. I would stay here again.
