Bright Duplex with a Spacious Terrace

The apartment has a large terrace where you can enjoy sunny days in the city, as well as direct access to the residence's pool, ideal for families. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs, the first bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds, and the third bedroom with a single bed and a laptop workspace. As for the ground floor, there is a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware to enjoy a good meal with your relatives. As well as a dining table for 5 and a living room with a sofa and TV, which has direct access to the terrace and pool. Important: -Parties in the apartment are strictly not permitted.-It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay. The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the property. If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 21h hour it could result in a penalty of 300 eur.-The terrace and pool can be used until 21:00 only.

NOTE: The whole swimming pool and terrace area are under renovation until 7th of August, 2024.

City tax:
6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
