Wonderful stay at Villa Delfin!
What a brilliant stay we had at the Villa. Excellent property and location. All as described and the villa itself is beautiful. Great communication with Helena, and we really appreciated her taking the time to share tips and recommendations!

Betheney y su grupo han sido unas huéspedes estupendas. Encantadoras, muy responsables y respetuosas. Cumplieron con las normas de la casa, respetaron el vecindario y dejaron la casa muy bien. Fue un placer conocerles y darles la bienvenida y nos encantará volver a verlas si vuelven por la zona. No duden en abrirles las puertas de su alojamiento si tienen la oportunidad. 100% recomendable

Excellente parenthèse
Très bel accueil par Sonia . Tout était parfait. La maison est chaleureuse Très bien équipée et proche de tous nos besoins. Restaurant alimentation.l emplacement est également un atout . Facile d accès à Barcelone et dans ses environs Je recommande totalement cette location. Un merci aussi aux propriétaires discrets mais prévenants.

Wonderful stay
The house had everything we needed. Both the pool and the pool table offer endless entertainment. Check in process on arrival was smooth and communication was super helpful throughout our stay :)

Een heerlijk huis op een prima plek
Mooi ruim huis met heel veel ruimte. De keuken is heel ruim en compleet. Twee moderne badkamers, drie slaapkamers en natuurlijk het prachtige zwembad. Winkeltjes zijn op loopafstand en beneden aan de zee kun je de trein nemen. Ook fijn dat je je auto naast het huis binnen het hek kunt parkeren en dus niet op straat. De ontvangst door Helena was heel hartelijk en zij is zeer behulpzaam met informatie en tips. Aanbevolen!

Très belle villa pour de très belles vacances.
Super! Bien située, proche de tout (plage, commerces...). Très bien accueillis par la gérante qui a tout mis en œuvre pour nous mettre à l'aise. Je conseille vivement cette villa.

Veel tips gekregen van eigenaresse
Het huisje was helemaal prima (precies als op de foto’s) Van te voren wat vragen gesteld over de omgeving en daar van Sonia uitgebreid antwoord op gekregen. Bij aankomst van haar man ook nog veel tips voor in Barcelona gekregen, heel erg hartelijk. In de omgeving is het beetje zoeken naar supermarkten en t juiste strand maar Barcelona is op 20 min afstand!

Although this is basically the basement it was bright , clean, spacious . Meet all our needs.
We spent a few days in downtown Barcelona before heading to El Masnou. Was not disappointed with the villa/condo Nice pool but not heated. Perfect grounds. Spacious home for the five of us. Home is close to supermarket, grocery , bakers, fishmonger, tabac and Pharmacy. Down town takes a brisk stroll and a taxi back as it’s mainly up hill. Didn’t want to rent a car. Taxi’s were available locally. Home as everything you need. Cooker took some working out. Have to say the Helena from the rental agency and her father Xavier one of the local taxi owners really helped make the trip, a big thank you to both of them .

Lugar acogedor y muy familiar
Pasamos la noche vieja de 2018, la verdad es que estuvimos como en casa, los sueños son encantadores, muy atentos e interesados por cualquier problema que tuviéramos. Lastima que no pudiéramos bañarnos en la piscina porque la verdad es que daban ganas. Repetiremos seguro😛😛

Logement spacieux, bien équipé et entretenu. Parking privé pour 2/3 voitures très appréciable. Lit de 140, canapé-lit et canapé de salon inconfortables; 4 autres couchages corrects. Super piscine avec terrasse et jardin très bien entretenus. Accès à la plage compliqué si handicapé.

Dominique et sa famille ont été de formidables vacanciers. Nos échanges ont été très agréables et sympathiques. Nous espérons les revoir l'année prochaine dans la même maison ou dans une autre.

Nos hemos sentido como un delphin en el agua, en la casa delphin
Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Allerdings ist ein Fahrzeug empfehlenswert. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und insbesondere komplett ausgestattet. In der Küche finden sich alle notwendigen Utensilien, sowie viele Extras wie z.Bsp. Orangenpresser, Drinkmixer etc. Der Pool ist gerade richtig. Gross und mit passender Tiefe, um so auch einen Kopfsprung zu wagen. Die Wassertemperatur war angenehm warm, was auch ein Baden abends zuliess. Nach 19h steht das Haus im Schatten, was besonders im Sommer geschätzt wird, da es dann frühzeitig abkühlt. Die Klimaanlage, der Billardtisch und der Internet-Empfang runden den Komfort auf. Die Autos (2 PW's) können sicher im innern des Grundstückes abgestellt werden, sodass sich die mühsame Parkplatz-Suche erübrigt. Besonders angenehm was der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Sie sind bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Kleine Wünsche werden gerne unkompliziert erfüllt. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr diskret und stets darum bemüht, die Privatsphäre der Gäste zu wahren. Zusammengefasst haben wir sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien verbracht und wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für den angenehmen Kontakt. Beste Grüsse Isabel & Carlos

Great villa
We had a great time. The villa was really nice and clean with a lovely swimming pool. Supermarkets, a Bakery and a greengrocer are less than 5 minutes walk away. There is a decent pizza place 15 minutes walk away and the beach and train station are about 25 minutes walk. We didn't rent a car on this occasion. If we were to go back I would do so though as there is a lot of walking uphill to do. Barcelona is about 25 minutes on the train line R1 and 10 x Single journeys cost €14.70 regardless of where you stop.

Beautiful, modern and private villa in lovely El Masnou
We absolutely loved staying here. Truth be told it made our holiday. The villa slept 8 of us very comfortably, and the spacious layout allowed everyone their own privacy and breathing room when desired. The outside seating area was absolutely perfect and was our main area of congregation, and the large kitchen made cooking for eight an absolute pleasure. We hired a car at the airport which made getting to El Masnou very easy, although there is a train from Barca centre which takes around half an hour. We were staying here as a base while travelling in to Primavera Sound music festival. Having somewhere private where we could relax made our holiday an absolute dream.

Really Lovely Property
Had and amazing stay. Hosts were very helpful with communication all the way up until we reached the villa, they provided surrounding maps and lots of assistance. The villa is in beautiful condition, very peaceful and the pool was clean, the garden was also very nice, we found ourselves not really leaving the property much at all. I would highly recommend the location of this villa to anyone visiting for the F1. We managed to avoid all traffic and delays. Great Location. Thank you!!

Belle maison bien équipée
Tres bien située 20 min du centre de Barcelone 15 minute de Rocca village 10 minute parc aquatique ! Jardin et piscine nickel maison spacieuse et tres bien équipée et propre. petite déception concernent la literie matelas trop trop dur. Pas de choix au niveau des chaînes TV
