First of all, I didn't realize this was more like a hostel - so rooms with shared kitchen and lounge area. The name of the property is Factory Suites, so I thought it was like a regular hotel suite. There was no elevator, no front desk, no bellboy. The room was on the 3rd floor and we had big, heavy suitcases! I was very thankful I was not traveling alone because I have a bad back, an injured knee and my right foot was still healing from a recent surgery, so no way would I have been able to get my suitcase up by myself without great difficulty and pain. And then there was the bar next door with VERY LOUD music until the wee hours of the morning. So, barely slept in the 3 nights we were there. Furniture was old. No microwave. I tried to cancel the booking and was looking for a decent hotel to transfer to but per Expedia staff that we spoke with, we wouldn't get a refund if we did. Spent a good amount of time on the phone with Expedia and they did try to help (I think), but to no avail. If you want to stay in a hotel and in a real suite, then this is not it.

What a fantastic little place this is! Great communication for check in. Lovely staff to greet us on arrival. Good directions make it easy to find. In a perfect area for exploring Barcelona on foot. Close to everything in a lovely part of the city. Great selection of restaurants close by. No lift so have to carry luggage upstairs - not a problem for us, but just an FYI. The main area of the B&B is gorgeously decorated and you can tell the owner has put a lot of care and attention to detail into the place with her knick-knacks. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom, and it was perfect. Good size, well-appointed, comfortable beds, air conditioning much appreciated in the heat wave we experienced. The bathroom was tiny but served us well and we were grateful for the privacy. The breakfast was fantastic. Each room gets assigned a section in the fridge with juice, milk, eggs, fruit etc that is topped up during their stay, and there is a good selection of pastries and cereals. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

This is an apt with multiple private rooms. The location is good and the breakfast and kitchen is good. Know that it is a 2nd floor and you will have to move your bags up and down the stairs. The room with in-suite has a corner shower and anyone over 200 lbs will not fit.

おしゃれなスペインのお家を体験できるとても素敵な宿でした。空港からのアクセスが良く、サグラダファミリア、カサミラなどが近いので観光に向いています。朝食が充実しています。入り口がとてもわかりにくいので注意が必要です。看板はなく、インターフォンにfactory suitesと小さく書いてあります。地図どおりの場所にあります。アメニティーについてですが、私が泊まった時は、スリッパとパジャマとドライヤーとティッシュがなく、その他はありました。

Appartement bien placé pour visiter Barcelone
Petite chambre sympa dans un bel appartement partagé avec 3 autres collocataires. Salles de bain privatives. Grande terrasse tres agreable commune. Tout est en libre service : café, thé et tout pour le petit dej. Attention : seul probleme, le bruit de musique la nuit. Dailleurs, vous trouverez des boules quies dans la chambre !

Mooie kamer in een oud pand. Fijne bedden en leuke aankleding. Badkamer is netjes maar alleen de douchebak is erg klein. Ontbijt was goed, je kon vanalles pakken en per kamer stond er ook het ea in de koelkast.

You need to push a button at the front door to call to get in - none of the buttons say Factory Suites. One says bnb, which is what you need to push. There are four bedrooms and a common area which includes a kitchen and seating for the guests in this hostel that is in a condominium building. All of the flooring is tile so there is no carpeting to absorb any noise. The front door is very loud when it closes - so you hear it. If someone is walking or talking in the hallway or common area you will hear it. It depends on what the other guests are doing and the hours that they keep if it is quiet or not during your stay. Earplugs are in the room for you to use. I did not hear any noise from the unit above or below. I did hear other guests when I was sleeping. The four nights I was there all of the rooms were booked - there were eight people staying there. Everyone would eat breakfast there. Crumbs from people eating were left on the common area floor the whole time I was there. A crumpled receipt and a plastic wrapper were on the floor the whole time also. It was in the 90's while I was there. When I arrived the plants on the terrace were dry. They were not watered at all during my stay. There is a lot of dead leaves on them - they're in bad shape. The terrace was not swept during my stay - a cigarette butt was there the whole time. I would not have stayed here if I knew all of this.

Séjour agréable !
Ce B&B est en réalité un appartement typique barcelonais très joliment décoré et dont les chambres sont distribuées tout le long du couloir. Chaque chambre possède sa SDB privative et se trouve en dehors de celle-ci. À noter que les chambres ne sont pas phonétiquement isolées donc dès que quelqu’un se lève, on l’entend. Des bouchons sont offerts pour ceux dont le sommeil est très léger. Pour notre part, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Concernant les lieux communs (cuisine, salle à manger et salon) tout est là pour qu’on se sente comme chez soi ! Enfin, la terrasse est superbement ensoleillée ! C’est un lieu atypique et nous nous y sommes sentis bien !

He estado en el hostal por 14 noches. Mi habitación fue una de las dos con baño privado pero exterior de la habitación. Los primeros días la limpieza parecía en estado aceptable pero pasando los cuatro primeros días eso se cambió. Noté que no se limpiaba mi habitación y solo se arreglaba la cama. La mayoría de los días era la única residente del apartamento pero aún así el esfuerzo de limpiar el sitio era muy poco . Las zonas comunes presentan un descuidado con polvo , migas en la mesa donde se encuentran los frascos por el desayuno , tapicerías manchadas que no se justifican en la época tan sensible que estamos. Más ahora con el tema de Covid tenía que ser imprescindible una limpieza más profunda para asegurar los clientes que es un espacio limpio y desinfectado. Por otro lado la comunicación con Cristina que es la responsable de este sitio fue pésima. Me cobraron la tasa turística en el check in ( algo que no se hace a ningún hotel/ hostal, siempre se cobra en el check out) y además cuando pedí el ticket me mando uno que creo que ella misma preparó en el su ordenador que no coincidía el precio que yo había pagado por antelación con lo que me dio y sin incluir la tasa turística.

Sehr sehr netter Vermitter !!! Immer auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht trotz sehr später Anreise war es kein Problem einen Schlüssel zubekommen , Wir hatten auch ein super Frühstück alles frisch . Auch waren die Zimmer sehr sauber wir werden die Unterkunft noch mals buchen denn unsere Zeit hat leider nicht gereicht uns alles anzusehen .Danke für aiies wir kommen wieder ;)
