The hotel is in a convenient location, 3 min walk from a major metro station, is furnished modern and everything is very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a good variety of food items. However our entire experience at the hotel was rather negative due to poor service. Although we booked a double room, the receptionist gave us a key to a twin room without any notice. When we complained the hotel staff handled it poorly. The staff didn't seem so engaged in general. Also certain details needed maintenance such as a bathroom door that didn't fully close, and a shower drain that seemed to be clogged.
