Trevligt hotell
Mycket trevligt bemötande vid incheckning. Rummet fint och rent. Helhetsintrycket av hotellet mycket bra och mysigt. Däremot var frukosten något torftig och baren hade dålig service med en trött bartender som inte kunde blanda en cocktail. Området runt hotellet var ganska mörkt och otryggt, men vi var där i januari och det var inte så mycket folk ute. När man väl kom in i hotellet var det som en vacker oas. Hotellet kan vi varmt rekommendera!

Perfekt läge mitt i gamla stan, nära till allt! Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och vänliga, tjejen i receptionen hjälpte oss med tips på restauranger och att boka bord. Rummet var väldigt mysigt, städningen sköttes exemplariskt. Det enda som strulade var vår AC som inte fungerade nattetid. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Hotel Neri, en riktig pärla!

Kvalité med bästa läge
Bästa läge, centralt men ändå lugnt. Känsla av lyx redan i entrén. Grym design med en jättebra service. Bra städning, kanonsängar. Vi kommer definitivt att återkomma, Restaurangen bör man testa, lite dyr men jättebra.

Neri hotell - en shoppoholics dröm
Ett hotell med personlig service i ABSOLUT toppklass. Läget i gamla stan' med nära både till shopping, sevärdheter, hamnen & kommunikationer är oslagbart. Hotellet är mycket smakfullt inrett och hela vistelsen var av hög klass samt kändes mer än prisvärd. Lunch i solen på takterrassen medans det var -10 hemma i Sverige var underbart. Middag och frukost på hotellet var även de av hög klass. Någonstans i den gamla byggnaden finns nog ett litet avloppsproblem som i ärlighetens namn gjorde att det ibland luktade lite illa från några golvbrunnar.

Very well located, in the middle of Bairro Gotico. Staff was great, super helpfull and polite. Breakfast was excellent and the property conditions and furniture were very nice.

The staff was great. Ivan and Thomas were exceptional I had stayed at the hotel several years ago. The service, the staff continue to be wonderful!

Lovely room and perfect location. Quite surly staff which was a little surprising for a 5* hotel. There was also some inconvenient drilling outside the room after 10pm one night and again at 6am the next morning - whilst we appreciate that this was outside the hotels control it would have been appreciated if they had provided some notice or apologised for this.

Every detail of this hotel and attentive service by the staff is just phenomenal. The rooftop pool was such a lifesaver for the European heat wave as well. The hotel is located at one of my favorite spots, Sant Felip Neri Plaza, which is a serene and sacred spot in the middle of bustling Barcelona. The Restaurant A offers one of the best food in Barcelona. Enjoying a glass of wine or cocktail from the restaurant, looking at Sant Felip Neri is one of my favorite things to do in BCN. I can't praise how amazing this hotel is!

特筆すべき点はスタッフがフレンドリーだった事。ロケーションもよく、屋上のコモンプレースものんびりするには最高の場所だった。結果お勧め出来るホテルだったと思う。2つだけ残念だったのは、バスルームのドアが閉まらなかった事。常に若干開いたままだった事が残念だった。もう一つは、サグラダファミリア教会の予約時間のため、割と朝早くにモーニングコールを頼んだが、完全に忘れられた様子だった。たまたま自分で起きたからよかったが、寝入っってしまったらと思うとちょっと怖かった。総合評価は４としたが、４,５位な感じだった。

The property is in the gothic quarter of Barcelona, so a very cool area to be located and super convenient for a lot of sites. It is nearly impossible to drive right up to the hotel which is not necessarily a bad thing, but was a little nerve-wracking to have to walk down an alleyway at 1am when I got in and 4am when I left the hotel for my flights. The rooms were very nice, although there were essentially zero toiletry amenities in the room, like not even a small shampoo. There were some snacks and wine, although oddly not a pricing menu, so it was not clear if they were "gifts" or for purchase. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious! Overall a lovely, interesting place to stay, with just a couple of small odd things amenities-wise.

What a wonderful hotel and experience. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. They made phone calls to make sure our tour would arrive on time. They arranged our transportation to ship. I would stay there again on a future visit.

Amazing hotel
Awesome hotel in Gothic district! Staff was absolutely amazing....so friendly and helpful....could not have been better! They arranged transportation, made dinner reservations for us in a local tapas restaurant...so good!!!!...and their bell and restaurant staff were top class. Breakfast was included and was surpassed our expectations. Recommend this hotel for sure and if ever in Barcelona again we would stay here!

Hotel Neri
Excellent stay. From the 1st class car service from airport, the welcome glass of Cava on arrival, beautifully appointed room with all the details and luxury you expect at a 5 star hotel. Service was impeccable, hotel very eco friendly. In a perfect location to explore Gothic Quarter and beyond. The square behind hotel is breathtaking.

Not only was the property just stunning and its location in the center of historic Gothic Quarters but the room was perfect and the staff made sure we were well taken care of the entire time of our stay.
