The Dosrius farmhouse is a place to slow down, enter “slow life” mode and let the mind disconnect and reconnect with nature. A place designed for friends and families. To enjoy good food, good conversation, good company. There are thousands of meters to hike in the fresh mountain air and incredible places to watch the dark, starry nights or simply enjoy swimming in the pool.



It's a house, and you can treat it like one. But if you surrender to the energy of a space created with love, you will feel at home.

The farmhouse has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms 1 toilet. It is structured on 2 floors; equipped with centralized heating, satellite TV and stereo.

Entering through the main floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and next to it a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

On the same floor there is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron, a games room with billiards and 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms.

Going up a wide staircase to the first floor there are 5 more bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a sauna (use on request and extra charge)



The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

Main floor:1 double room and complete bathroom en suite1 room with 2 beds and complete bathroom en suite1 toilet

First floor:1 double room and complete bathroom en suite3 double rooms1 room with 4 beds1 full bathroom

The house connects from several rooms with the outside and its amazing vegetation.

There we find a covered outdoor porch with a table, a barbecue area and an outdoor dining room. The large garden lawn area with its swimming pool invites all kinds of sunbathing and sports, such as tennis on the field that belongs to the farmhouse.



The farmhouse is equipped with bed linen and towels to guarantee maximum comfort and our wish is that you fully enjoy your stay.

Please be respectful of our home and your belongings. Much time and care has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we look forward to sharing it for a long time to come.



Access to the farmhouse is via an isolated paved forest track, 5 km from Dosrius, 10 km from Mataró and 40 km from Barcelona. The nearest beach is only 10 km away and the famous La Roca Village brand outlet is 15 km away.

You can make excursions to the Natural Park, hiking, biking, donkey rides, adventure activities for children and adults. Ask us for information and we will be happy to help you.

No parties or noise that may be disturbing are allowed.

Please be respectful of the environment and respect the rest of the neighbors.

The loss, damage or incorrect use of the house keys will have a minimum replacement/management cost of €40.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours are subject to availability and additional charges.

According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13th, regarding the tax regulation of stays in tourist accommodations, a tourist tax must be applied to guests over 16 years old staying in apartments and holiday homes in Catalonia. Applicable rates can be found on the official website of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Check-in requirements

To comply with regulations, all guests must present their passport upon arrival.



To ensure the proper maintenance of the property and uphold our quality standards, a security deposit will be requested via pre-authorisation prior to arrival, and will be automatically released after the property has been checked at the end of the stay.
