Welcome to Barcelona from My Space Barcelona!
This newly renovated 80 mÂČ apartment, with a swimming pool and a community terrace on the rooftop, is fully equipped and furnished. It is located in a building with an elevator, right in the heart of Barcelona, in front of the impressive Arc de Triomf.

The apartment is situated in an excellent area, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops. The Eixample area is well connected with metro and bus lines (Arc de Triomf), and the Born neighborhood is just a few meters away from the famous Arc de Triomf and the Ciutadella Park. The iconic Plaza Catalunya is also nearby. The Gothic Quarter is just steps away, with bars, markets, unique shops, architectural gems, and the beach is within walking distance. It’s the perfect area to enjoy the charm of Barcelona!

Important information before booking:

Initial Payment: The property manager will send you a link to make the first payment of 30% (American Express not accepted).
Remaining Payment: The remaining 70% should be paid by bank transfer before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
Deposit: A deposit will be charged by credit/debit card upon check-in. The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Travel Cot: Price: 20 EUR/day. Availability is not guaranteed and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance.
Late Check-in: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A late check-in incurs a 50 EUR cash fee.
Tourist Tax: The current tourist tax in Barcelona will apply.
Important Rules:

NO smoking in the apartment. A fine of at least 400 EUR will be imposed for smoking.
NO parties or gatherings are allowed. If we receive a complaint or authorities intervene, a fine of 400 EUR will be charged (in addition to police fines).

Overall ok. Location is superb. Flat is in decent condition. Things to improve: Check-in should be at the property, not easy for a visitor to find you on the other side of the city. Shower head has no hook, so hangs. Water was either lukewarm or piping hot. Bathroom door is water damaged.

Great location, huge apartment.

Loved this apartment! It was huge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, one with a tub. Master bedroom was on the other side of the other two bedrooms, which was great to have some privacy. Easy check in/check out process. Lovely balcony with room to have meals outside. The location was great. Check out the dumpling shop across the street! There could have been more of the simple amenities, like paper towels and extra toilet paper. I would definitely come to stay again! Great experience!

Girls Weekend

This property was great! The only downfall was having to check in at a different location. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the apartment was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool. I highly recommend it.

Nice Property in a great location - Photos are a little misleading

Great location and good checking process though you do need to travel to a different location to check in. Hosts are very responsive. Secondary bedrooms are small with twin beds and main bedroom is almost a studio to the living room with a large sliding door. This would be an ok place to stay for a family of 4 people. The pool and view may be in the building but not attached to the apartment. I would have no problem staying here again but I may have chose differently knowing what I know now.

Sticky Damaged Property in good location

We were disappointed with this property. Previous reviews are all 5 stars. The good - location, promptness of communication with MySpace Barcelona was efficient, the layout, appliances worked well. The bad...damaged, dirty, sticky unit with missing essentials (TV never worked, extension cord missing), no access to “roof top pool”...the pool...was the size of a hottub....ants all over the kitchen, shower filled with mold and mildew. We took pictures of the damaged on arrival and missing items. Sent them to owner, no accommodations made, no reduction in fees. Spent part of our holiday cleaning the place and still charged a cleaning fee! The Beds and pillows were rock-hard...uncomfortable. We regretted booking this property. It’s not a home for rent, it’s a furnished apartment being managed by a company (my space Barcelona) with a terrible online reputation. We got our deposit back and we were thankful.

Lejligheden lever pÄ ingen mÄde op til det forventede udfra billeder og beskrivelse. Flere ting fungerede ikke optimalt, deriblandt aircon og altandÞrer og der er feks ikke den lovede tÞrretumbler. Derudover er lejligheden ikke udstyret til 8 personer som skrevet i annoncen, men nÊrmere 4 personer. Dog god beliggendehed, men ellers intet at rÄbe hurra for.
