Nöjd med vårt besök.
Fint hotel som ligger promenadavstånd till väldigt många delar. Bra butiker och resturanger bara promenad minuter ifrån. Bra personal som ger fantastiska tips och väldigt välkomnande.

Falsk information
Om du vill bo på ett 5-stjärnigt hotell välj då bort Ocean Drive. Det är ett typiskt fyrstjärnigt hotell. Definitivt en stjärna för mycket. Märkligt att man sätter detta hotell som femstjärnigt. Helt fel. Hotellet känns opersonligt. Det bästa är att det är mycket rent och välstädat. Frukosten är bra men den är också väldigt dyr. Enligt rumsbeskrivningen ingår gratis vatten på flaska. Detta är falsk information. Vatten på flaska ingår bara första dagen. Märkligt att man lurar gästerna att tro att man får flaskvatten under hela vistelsen. Det är ju det normala. Verkar dumsnålt och gör att man får en negativ bild av hotellet. Jag gjorde en skrivelse till hotelldirektören men har inte fått någon återkoppling.

Toppenhotell med bra läge! Modernt och fräscht. Rummet var jättefint! Frukosten var utmärkt där även beställningar utöver buffén ingick. Hjälpsam och väldigt trevlig personal. Extra plus får Javier som hade hand om frukosten.

Snyggt inrett, dålig frukost
Hotellet var rent och snyggt och personalen var hjälpsam. Dock var frukosten väldigt dålig. Det var ofta slut mat och man fick vänta länga innan den fylldes på. Poolen på taket var väldigt liten och smutsig då fiskmåsar bajsat runt kanterna.

Staff at the hotel were lovely. Ivana took particularly good care of us. The complementary cava was a very nice touch! Room was nice, good temperature control. Slight issue with the sliding doors but nothing major. Would definitely stay here again

Accommodation is contemporary and clean. Close to major sites 10 minute walk to casa mila/casa batllo. Sagrada famillia and pac guell 30 minutes walk but recommend inexpensive taxi ride. very close to great restaurants especially tapas place called Cerveceria Catalana. FYI: There are no doors or wall to separate bathroom/ shower to rest of the room. Our room had cove for dressing and small closet and drawers. Our room was on the first floor and was somewhat noisy in the evening. Overall highly recommend Ocean Drive Hotel.

Outstanding service; Excellent hotel
6* service from check-in to departure, from GM Siscu Raya and his whole team (especially Ivanna on check-in and Javier in the wait staff). Luxury of space in even the cheapest room, perfect for our 1yo to roam around safely. The blackout panel in the bedroom is excellent again for our child but also for total privacy. Breakfast very good, nice bar, and spotless throughout with efficient and thorough housekeeping. Will stay again and highly reccomend.

Did not match our expectations
It did not feel like a 5 star hotel apart from the pillows menu; we chose it for our honeymoon and didn't feel like we were treated in any way special. The pool was closed too and it wasn't mentioned anywhere when we were making a booking, so our expectations did not match.

Schöne modernen Stadt Hotel gut gelegen und zentral. Da Hotel ist bestens geeignet, wenn Party machen im Vordergrund steht. Das Hotel war voll von Partygänger die in den Gängen rumbrüllten und besoffen waren. Schade! Das Frühstücksbuffet entschädigte dann den erwähnten Umstand.

staff were not friendly at all. As a Titanium Elite member, i expected to get a free breakfast. To my surprise, I had to pay for breakfast for what I would consider a mediocre meal at a mediocre hotel facility.
