Bra med undantag för sängarna.
Jag har inget problem med att sängarna är hårda, det jobbiga var dock att de lät väldigt mycket så fort man rörde sig.

Bra hotell i lugnt område ganska centralt.
Hotellet var fräscht rummen hade aircondition som fungerade bra och badrummet var fräscht. lite synd att rummen var små med smala dubbelsängar som gnisslade när man rörde sig. Personalen på hotellet var väldigt tillmötesgående och trevliga.

Dusch och badrum bra, Sängar helt OK. Cigarettlukt trängde in i rummet, inte bra. Vi bodde på bottenvåningen med utsikt mot en gård som var minimal helt utan grönska, bara grus. Trist frukost för 9 €.

Prisvärt och bra hotell!
Hotellet är fräscht, städningen fungerade fint och receptionen är bemannad dygnet runt med personal som är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma! Det finns en supermarket och ett apotek precis runt hörnet. Hotellet har ett bra läge, bra kommunikationer till tunnelbanan från stationen Marina, annars ligger Triumfbågen och Sagrada Familia inom gångavstånd. I informationen står att det ska finnas tillgång till strykbräda och värdeskåp på rummet - det gjorde det inte i vårt rum iallafall. Trådlöst nätverk finns, men vill man surfa på rummet så får man betala en liten summa extra för detta i receptionen. Finns dock dator med utskriftsmöjlighet i lobbyn som man kan få låna. I övrigt är det ett rätt tyst och lugnt område. Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse och kan absolut tänka oss att boka detta hotell igen!

Excelente estadía, la zona tranquila, la habitación muy limpia y con todo en orden. El desayuno buffet bastante variado, y el horario hasta las 11 es excelente para los que dormimos un poquito más por las mañanas. En general ha cumplido todas las expectativas. Si alguna vez se da la ocasión, repetiría mi estancia sin duda.

The property is nice but is allocated in a busy intersection and they don’t allow to use air condition so you have to open the window to get fresh air and it’s loud outside. Staff was wonderful.

The hotel itself was quite nice, clean and near all the attractions we wanted to see. We had no complaint. During our stay, there were two front desk staff members, one in the day, one in the evening. The gentleman who worked during the evening was a pure pleasure to work with, very friendly, and quite helpful during our stay. The female front desk staff person who worked both days during our stay was the complete opposite. If asked specifically about her, it my opinion she would benefit from additional customer service training. Overall, our entire family still enjoyed the hotel and your beautiful city.

Great customer service at front desk (Omar, Raul) and in the buffet (Vanessa and Carmen). All smiley, welcoming and helpful. Excellent buffet in our opinion with various options. Great tortilla by the way. Excellent location either walking or with public transportation. Good hotel for the price and location. Surroundings were safe as well. We recommend.

Hotel is a no frills in a not so bad location, you have to be prepared to walk or get public transport to most things. Receptionist on the Night Shift was excellent and helped a lot when my partner had to go to hospital in an emergency. Rooms are adequate but on the smaller side for Europe we found. Bed was fine as was the bathroom.

Vakkert i Barcelona
Jobbreise til Barcelona med fire overnattinger. SM Hotel Teatre Auditori ligger fint til i gåavstand til La Sagrada Famiglia og med tre t-banestopp i nærheten. Hotellet var bekvemt, rent og fint, hyggelig betjening. Problemer med nettet og wifi noen av dagene, ellers meget bra. Vi var heldige med været i Barcelona, men det føltes kaldere enn temperaturen skulle tilsi (rundt 14 grader på dagtid), pga den råe luften ved havet. En vakker by, inspirerende!

I stayed in the hotel for one night. The overall experience is very satisfying, the staff were nice and very helpful, food is very good. I only had one issue, there is no carpet on the floor and it was super cold even with the AC was turned on hot. I think it would be better if they either provide wool slippers for guests or cover the floor with a mat or carpet or something.

Safe & quite location. Friendly and accommodating staff, Arianda, Albert, Raul, David & Maria. I had a possibility request for a following day accommodation change, Arianda understood, checked and made the adjustment in minutes! The facility is clean and nice have a breakfast. Anything I might not like is the quite small room table to work a bit; but it's nothing. Overall, more than happy. Thank you very much.

Great location, 5min from metro and most importantly 5 min from Sagrada Familia!!! Friendly staff and quiet room. One problem is only one elevator with will be clouded time to time. But had a great time!

The property is very well situated. Its not around too many tourist and its safe. The hotel room is very clean, its small but it is what we needed for just sleeping and relaxing after walking the city. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the room and that they come to clean everyday. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. We enjoyed our time here. Even though it was small, the A/C worked well, the water preassure worked well, the bathroom was equipped with towels, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner, glasses. The safety deposit worked well. The sheets were cleaned and the bed was nice and firm to sleep on. The staff was friendly. We would choose to stay here again.

Happy with stay at SM Hotel Teatre Auditori,
Our stay at SM Hotel Teatre Auditori, Barcelona was awesome. Their location is convenient from couple of attractions, beach and metro stations. Their front staff is very friendly. We were particularly impressed by their room service. The hotel is quite clean. Would definitely return to it if we visit the city again in future. The best part was the weighing scale they have kept at reception. Very useful if you are travelling and worried about luggage weight for some of the airlines like Ryanair with very restricted weight limits.
