Dear guest, Thank you for your comment, guests feedback help us to improve. In the pictures on our profile there are shown all the rooms we have. For a next reservation, it is really important that you pick up the kind of room you wish. We have two kind of double rooms, as you may see in the profile. The double room with balcony always face to the street, but double rooms face to an interior patio. We tried to make your stay more pleasent, as you said in your comment, and even you had booked a double room, we offered an upgrade during your stay. Sorry for the inconveniences of the works in the entrance, part of the building that is not part of our propertty and are close to finish. Kind regdars,

We are deeply sorry that you had the misfortune of being robbed.Without a doubt, we are very saddened by the incident you suffered, obviously it was not our fault, nor even if we had reception 24h, we couldn't have prevented such incident in the street, just like the taxi driver and the other pedestrians, who witnessed this incident.Furthermore, our phone is operational 24/7, and gladly we would have provided guidance in this matter if you would have contacted us.Even more so, we do not understand why you did not go to the same place where you got the key, where assistance had been provided.It's common knowledge that when incidents like these happed, just like any other accidents or unlawful acts, one must always contact the authorities, the police, by calling the international emergency number 112 / 911, or going to the nearest police station.We would have gladly helped you, but again, these matters are handled by the police, not a hotel reception.We are located on the heart of the most touristic area in Barcelona, and like in any big city, since ancient times, there are thieves, and sadly from ancient times up until today, these incidents have not been eradicated.These past few years, sadly incidents like these are more and more common everywhere, and the governments fail to take proper measure against, and/or preventing from happening.

We are sorry if there is anything that was made slow or not by your liking. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience you had, but sadly, even though you may think, we are not responsible for this incident.We are a guesthouse, located in the most fashionable and touristic area in all Barcelona. This incident has surprised us more than you.And even though you take it on us, it is not our fault, we did not invite the supposed homeless person to do what was done. And since this never happened before, it makes us believe that was not a homeless person at all, since, at least here in this city, they never bothered anyone, and a public toilet is located very close. We believe it was someone else entirely, maybe even some other ill-mannered guest.This kind of incidents can happen everywhere at any time, and can be done by anyone, for example Johnny Depp's ex wife... there are "strandge" and deranged people everywhere, and it’s not our fault
