Tredje badrum med dusch, handfat, toalett. Observera den tredje badrummet Àr liten. Komplett kök med ugn, mikrovÄgsugn och full storlek kylskÄp. Sovrummet och 2 sovrum med 140 x 200 cm sÀng vardera. Tredje sovrummet med 135x190cm sÀng. 4: e och 5: e sovrum har tvÄ enkelsÀngar vardera (alla 80x190cm).

We loved the space and access to a lovely neighborhood. The rounded dining area was great with its views of the city. Liliana and staff were most welcoming.Some pillows were too hard. The far shower was slippery. But wonderful!

This flat was really spacious and had everything we needed for a bunch of friends exploring. The only downside was the lift was not working and we were on the 4th floor but I think this was only temporary due to the black outs

Our group of 9 fit comfortably in this property for a few days prior to our cruise. The check in process was easy communicating with Liliana via Whatsapp. The location is excellent as many things are walkable from the building. Liliana went above and beyond making sure that we were all comfortable and notifying us that a few shirts were left behind!

6 amis , Une semaine de vacance au mois de mars 2025Appartement vieillissant comme l'immeuble , aucun contact avec le propriétaire.3 chambres bruyantes sur l'avenue.Manque total de vaisselle ( nous avions pour 6 personnes , 6 grandes assiettes et 3 petites , manque de casseroles ,pas de services à café , pas de dessous de plat etc......)Comme toujours attention aux photos de présentation !Si nous revenons à Barcelone nous irons loger ailleursHervé

Der Aufenthalt war echt klasse . Die Wohnung und die Dachterasse ein Traum. Wir waren zu fĂŒnft und wir wurden Herzlich empfangen und begrĂŒĂŸt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

It's a great apartment with fantastic views. There were only four of us, so we had loads of room! We loved sitting at the small table watching the world go by. The location was good - only a short walk to Sagrada Familia and a pleasant 30-minute stroll to La Rambla. We used the bus and metro for trips further out. Communication and entry were excellent.

We had a great time in Barcelona, this property is wonderful, plenty of room, excellent location. The small shower room is extremely small and water pressure not great , other bathrooms are good. Beds ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst! We would certainly return. Contact with host and property management was excellent, very helpful. Thank you

An exceptional space, located in an excellent area of Barcelona, with lots of cafes and so close to the Sagrada Familia (and you can see the spires from the rooftop!). The apartment is super spacious and full of light, well equipped and with super comfy beds! Fernando communicated with us throughout, and check in was very easing using door codes. would definitely stay again - a perfect stay!!

Spacious, clean, bright, and in a great location (not too far from major attractions and convenient transportation options), this apartment was quite comfortable for a family of 7 during a nine-day stay. The only thing missing is full-size mirrors. We highly recommend this apartment.

this apartment is perfectly located in a safe neighbourhood, central to everything within a few minutes walk in any direction !! clean and huge with great views !. Highly recommend we were 2 families of 4 and grandparents with plenty of room for everyone !!! communication was great and easy ....Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again should i come back ! a million thank yuz !!!

The apt was large and comfortable in a great location. The only criticism is that We had to use all three bathrooms for family members and two were not great. Very little water pressure in the sinks and an extremely leaky shower head. We know the building is old but bathroom upgrades might be a good idea. The owners could charge more if that was done. There is mold on the washing machine door. We had a lovely time and please take the critican as constructive.

We had the best time staying here. The place was beautiful beyond our expectations. The views were amazing. The location was super nice. Very close to everything. Great dining options and very convenient to public transportation. There were 8 of us and it was more than enough space. Count not recommend this place enough.

We loved this location and layout of the apartment! Loved the ease of getting in and out of the building, plenty of space for gathering with our group of 7 senior active adults, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, loved the burgers and fries at Elite which is right next door, easy communication with the managers and we felt safe! Would book again in a flash!
