Lovely little hotel in the centre
The room turned out to exactly like in the pictures - or even better. It was very pretty and cosy and it's probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. We were worried that it would be very noisy as it was located in the centre, but it was in fact soundproof and we didn't hear any noise at all. Close to the centre, metro, airport buses and lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. The man in the reception was friendly and made us feel welcome when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

Bra läge för att upptäcka Barcelona. Deluxrum bekvämt. Viss ljudnivå av stadsliv och trafik, normalt tycker vi men vissa störs av detta. Frukost innehåller endast kaffe och fikabröd. Flera bra brunchställen i kvarteret.

Great hotel
The hotel was great, Good value for your money. The only complaint is that the balcony door doesnt stop alot of the outside Noise. But that dint stop is from sleeping but might be an issue for some

Trevligt nära centrum
Fint och personligt. Luftig rum med en underbar takhöjd. Receptionen stängde 00.00. Men vi fick mejl med instruktioner om hur man kunde komma in. Central läge men på en lugn gata. Inget för den som förväntar sig en enorm frukost, men de bjöd på kaffe och sötsaker.

Bekvämt modert och bra på alla sätt. Allt från inredning till morgonrockar. Rekomenderas till alla. De bjöd även på muffins och kaffe på morgonen.

Bad service and paper walls
The receptionist was not service minded at all. When we arrived intill we lett she treated us like we were an inconvinience she had to deal with. Did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. Also the staff slammed doors and talked loudly just outside our room and since the hotel literally had paper walls it woke us up a couple of times. Not optimal when leaving for an early flight.

Perfekt
Perfekt från början till slut. Ett av de bästa stadshotellen jag bott på. Kaffe, te och olika sorters muffins varje morgon. Perfekt läge nära Placa Catalunya och Urquinaona.

Excellent location, walking distance to plaza caralunya and ridemovi bikes nearby. Great customer service upon arrival. Effective and efficient communication with personnel via whatsapp. Super safe place, clean rooms and nice room view from balcony. I left a jacket in the hotel and as soon as I left I got a call from the personnel and they will ship it back to me.

The positives first: the rooms were clean and comfortable and once we were inside them it was fine. The negatives however were numerous. Our family had requested a 4-person room and when we arrived after a long day of travel, we found that the bathroom ceiling was leaking and the floor was completely wet and getting flooded. There is no reception on the premises so we had to call and text to let someone know. It took a few calls before anyone answered thought when they finally did they gave us new codes for two separate rooms, as there was no other 4-person room available. Then in one of our new rooms, the WiFi didn’t work and we called again to tell them immediately. The person who answered said they would look into it but it was never fixed for the entire stay. Also the water dispenser in the lobby didn’t work and they also said they would fix that, but that was not done either during our stay. As I said, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable enough but the lack of a reception desk on the premises and the inattention to our issues was frustrating. We would not stay here again and I will avoid hotels with no onsite personnel in the future.

There is no front desk, so none to ask or communicate directly, web check in (terrible for an old person which is not familiar with technology) and any inquiries through phone calls… problem not solved The room was booked for 3 people and and had no bedding set (sheets, pillows etc) for the sofa bed, although they said it was inside the closet, we were not able to find them at all

Gute Lage, kompfortable Zimmer und Ausstattung. Nur 1 kleiner Papierkorb, schlechtes Toilettenpapier, am 3. Tag keinen Kaffee mehr zum nachfüllen, am 1. Tag nicht vor 16 Uhr mit dem Gebäudecode in die Lobby gekommen!schön wäre ein kleiner kühlschrank gewesen und Tassen oder Gläser :)

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO RECEPTION AT THIS LOCATION. You will get an e-mail day before arrival with check-in instruction and you'll have to check-in yourself. WE DIDN'T KNOW & WE WERE FRUSTRATED. OTHER THAN CHECK IN, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT - great location, nice/clean/big rooms, walking to distance to everything, and very private setting.

The best part about our experience was the communication with the concierge, which was quick and thorough. Also, the location was very convenient. Other than that, I don’t think I could recommend this property. The online check in process was tedious and time-consuming. Our room was very small and uncomfortably hot. The toilet and shower lacked privacy. The sheets were stained with bodily fluids. Despite the signage in the room demanding no parties, even quiet ones, our neighbors woke us around 3 AM with a large, loud gathering.
