Elegant one-bedroom loft with terrace, fully renovated in 2024, suitable for up to 4 people.



This apartment boasts meticulously designed interiors with modern and elegant lines, enhanced by premium materials and high-end appliances.



The property includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with a window featuring a toilet, shower, double sink, and bidet, as well as a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, offering direct access to the terrace. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.



The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday at Lake Garda and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.



You’ll enjoy a charming furnished terrace with views of the rooftops of Bardolino’s historic center, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.



The apartment is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.



Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both rooms, bed linen, and towels are provided.

Just a few steps from the shores of Lake Garda, this stunning apartment was completely renovated in 2024!



Located in an exclusive position right in Piazza Matteotti, at the very heart of Bardolino's historic center, this lovely property is less than 150 meters from the shores of Lake Garda and its enchanting promenade. Other famous destinations such as Garda, Verona, Lazise, and Sirmione are all reachable within 10–30 minutes by car. The nearest shops, bars, and restaurants are less than 200 meters from the apartment.



Major family attractions like Gardaland, Caneva World, and Movie Land are just over a 10-minute drive away, depending on traffic.



The unique opportunity to experience Bardolino’s historic center firsthand, combined with the stylish design of this property, makes it a true gem on Lake Garda.



The apartment offers several amenities, including air conditioning, free garage parking for one standard sized car, located in Via Marconi 10, about 10 minutes' walk from the property, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and complimentary bed linens and towels.



Pets are not allowed.



If you want to immerse yourself in the charm of Bardolino’s historic center while staying in a high-end property, this is the perfect holiday home for you!



Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.

Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).

Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).

Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.

In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).

It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.

Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.

The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.

Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card.

The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur an additional charge based on the extent of extra labor hours required.

Beautiful new place in perfect location! Host was hard to communicate with. Instructions need to be made more clear and expect it to be hot when you get there and air to a while to cool it. Place was worth it, but would be nice to fix those things as it’s an elite place.
