“Overall, the house was great — very clean, lots of space, beautiful property. My 3 star review has to do with a couple of issues and a lack of responsiveness from the owner/property manager. When we arrived, the code to open the lockbox didn’t work. I texted the owner (maybe a bot rather than a live person?) who could not solve the problem. “Overall my friends and I have come twice to the Noyes house and are planning to come back next year. As long as you’re comfortable not staying near the main towns, it’s an ideal location - close to the markets and stores of west tisbury, several of the best beaches on the island (Lucy Vincent and Aquinnah in particular), the Chilmark general store, and some of the best farms like beetlebung. “We had an amazing stay in Menemsha! The house is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need for a vacation. We loved hanging out on the deck and the outdoor space. “SUV a must.Quiet and remote location. Home is spacious but needs small repairs in upstairs bathrooms. Also, changing the water filter more frequently may lower the sense of iron from the water. Kitchen was equipped with all needed for a one week stay. Perfect place to reflect surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and close proximity to the beach - not for swimming but gazing at the ocean and hiking over beach stones.”

“My wife, 2 dogs and I visited for a week. This house was well appointed, clean and relaxing. The deck, yard and views are spectacular. We were looking for a quiet place to decompress and recharge and this house did the trick. Christian was very responsive and helpful to every question. I highly recommend.”

“Loved our experience. Owners could not have been more friendly and communicative. Anytime I had a question it was answered immediately. No complications whatsoever. Would love to come back. It’s lots of people very comfortably. Great for kids because there are even toys for them to play with!! Also has a very spacious kitchen that was well equipped for cooking and entertaining. Highly recommend.”

Had the best time!
"We had the best stay we could have imagined! We rented a luxury tent and we loved it! Cozy tent with a comfortable bed and a fire lit outside. We bought a bbq kit and made dinner and it was delicious. We borrowed bikes and went down to the sea and it was such a nice ride there. In the evening there was live music by the fire outside the main building and we gathered around and had grilled marshmallows and s’mores, so cozy! Thank you AutoCamp for this memorable stay! "
